Matthew was incredibly thorough and informative when inspecting my washing machine after it began to smoke. I was understandably anxious about the potential danger of using it in my family home, but thanks to Matthew’s detailed safety checks, clear explanations, and reassuring advice, I now have complete confidence that the machine is safe to use (it turned out to be user error). I highly recommend Matthew, he’s highly skilled, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, especially with after advise on the machine for future use.

Matthew quickly diagnosed the fault with our leaking dishwasher, and upon delivery of the new part he returned and made the swap. We experienced an unusual issue with our integrated Samsung dishwasher. During the wash cycle, the machine would stop unexpectedly without displaying any error codes. Matthew carried out a very thorough inspection, including checking the error codes stored in the machine, which only showed previously passed codes that were unrelated to the issue. He also checked the installation of the dishwasher and made adjustments to the levels, which were slightly out, to ensure everything was correct. Despite completing all available checks, the fault persisted and the dishwasher continued to stop for no apparent reason. As a result, Matthew referred the issue to Samsung’s technical department, as all possible tests within his scope had been carried out without a resolution. I would like to thank Matthew for the significant time and effort he put into trying to diagnose the fault, which was clearly outside the range of tests available to him.

Our TV screen was showing odd colours and fortunately was still under guarantee. We had one visit to diagnose within 4 days of initial contact with the Repair Guys and a new screen had to be ordered. This was all very clearly communicated by text and calls. The new screen was fitted by Craig quickly and efficiently - we now have a TV we can watch again! Would certainly recommend - thanks Craig.

I am happy to be the first to review this company. I purchased a Panasonic TV from Amazon 6 months ago and the screen went black, contacted Amazon for a replacement, no chance of that as it was just over the 6 month period. However, they arranged for repair using repair guys. Repair guys contacted me to arrange a pickup date/time and they were there on the date and the time. I was told it needed a new screen from Panasonic.This was when repair guys customer services they informed me on a regular basis the progress of the repair. To me, this shows outstanding customer service. My TV was returned to me on 2 April 20 and again they were on time. I would happy to recommend repair guys to anyone. Well done and thank you.

We had an issue with a Samsung oven that was out of warranty. Called Samsung who sent us to these guys. The engineer (Matthew) came out, disassembled the oven and found the fault. He then wrote a report, and got the parts from Samsung under warranty and came and fitted them today. It is hard to fault any part of this process, Matthew was very good at explaining the issue and process. We will be sure to come to the Repair guys in the future when we need help.

Mine was a tv repair carried out under Samsung warranty. I was contacted by the Repairguys to say they would be calling to diagnose the problem which they did on time. The tv repair was completed and the set returned and reinstalled and set up by a very helpful engineer. I would not hesitate in using them again and would recommend to others.

We bought a brand new American fridge freezer and it was faulty. The warranty sent the RepairGuys. Matthew turned up last Friday, triaged the freezer, found the fault and ordered the parts. He turned up today ( 1 week later ) fitted the parts in jig time and tested the whole appliance before he left. Very helpful chap. I don’t WANT to see him again. But if I need someone I hope it’s him

We needed to get our washing machine repaired and the insurance company use Repairguys. Their customer service is superb. They keep you constantly up to date with how things are progressing via both email and text messages. They also do a full check on the machine after the repair; e.g. earth, mains supply and insulation checks along with the pipework, and they also return the machine to its working position. The engineer (Mr. John-Andrew) was friendly and polite. All in all, a very pleasant experience all around!

My Samsung fridge lost its display, so booked for a repair and Matthew the engineer noticed that the wiring on the door was faulty. As it's still under warranty it was free. Only took a few days for the door to be ordered and Matthew came back and put a new one on. Nice and friendly and left kitchen spotless and took all the packaging and old door away in under an hour!
