We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

More than anything I was impressed and appreciated the communication with me as the service went on. From the initial booking to a check in call before the appointment to reminders, timings and updates, it made everything much easier and less stressful. The work was done by a very friendly guy and was done quickly. Plus, they listened to me and believed me about the problem even when the initial product manufacturer didn't. Really happy.

We found the repair guys to be prompt and efficient. Their customer service was excellent, and we had a prompt visit from Matthew who was professional knowledgeable and competent in his work. Samsung warranty repair. Washing machine failed just before Christmas. Not ideal. Samsung raised the issue for this company to fix and we were contacted the morning they reopened after Christmas and had an appointment two days later. Text messages with timings made the appointment really easy to fit in. The engineer Matthew was outstanding, really knowledgable and had the fault diagnosed and repaired all within 30 minutes! I’d thoroughly recommend this company and Matthew in particular! MANY THANKS

I am really impressed with the service I have had from Repairguys this morning. Matthew was friendly, efficient and informed me about when he was due to arrive and warned me that he was stuck in traffic. He was knowledgeable and took time to show me what the problem was with my AEG oven light, how it was fixed and even left me spares. He also didn’t mind my mad dog! Angie and Cheryl in the office were also friendly and helpful on the phone. Will definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the engineer who visited today, Matthew. He arrived on time, as promised, and sent me a text beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. Matthew attended to look at our washing machine and very quickly identified a fault with the machine as opposed to our house’s electrical circuit. He found wires broken on the washing machine wiring loom and replaced the whole loom. Matthew then tested our machine to confirm the fault had been repaired. Throughout the visit Matthew acted very professional and left the room very tidy on leaving. Highly recommended engineer, thank you.

Our washing machine failed to complete a cycle so I called for a repair. I was given an appointment the next morning and Matthew arrived by 8.30 - amazing since I only requested it the afternoon before. He was informative and fixed the issue within 30 minutes (replace pump). Very happy with the speed and quality of service.

Matthew kept me informed of when he’d arrive, which was really helpful. He had to work in the dark as there was a power cut. He got straight on with mending my cooker, which had two problems, and he fixed them both quickly. He also repaired the cooker light, which I hadn’t even reported. Can’t fault his service. The whole process was easy.
