We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Matthew attended to look at our washing machine and very quickly identified a fault with the machine as opposed to our house’s electrical circuit. He found wires broken on the washing machine wiring loom and replaced the whole loom. Matthew then tested our machine to confirm the fault had been repaired. Throughout the visit Matthew acted very professional and left the room very tidy on leaving. Highly recommended engineer, thank you.

Matthew has resolved the issue with our Samsung washing machine that was making abnormal noises during the spin cycle. He stripped out and replaced the suspension struts that support the drum, and now our world is peaceful again. Matthew is a great guy, thorough and very professional in his work. Many thanks!

I was really lucky that Matthew from the repair guys was actually close by when I called. Really efficient in that he came round in a couple of hours. Immediately diagnosed the problem with my Samsung Washing Machine. Parts were ordered and a week later Matthew returned with the parts and fixed my machine. Fast friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I had a fault on my TV. The Repairguys were the approved repairers from John Lewis. I can only say what a great job done by Scott the technician. He came and rapidly diagnosed the fault, explained what was going to happen with ordering the new part. Came back and fitted the part, great work excellent communication. If i need anything else repairing in the future i have their number.

Matthew kept me informed of when he’d arrive, which was really helpful. He had to work in the dark as there was a power cut. He got straight on with mending my cooker, which had two problems, and he fixed them both quickly. He also repaired the cooker light, which I hadn’t even reported. Can’t fault his service. The whole process was easy.

Repair arranged under warranty by John Lewis. Craig, from the Exeter branch, quickly identified the problem, ordered the required component and arranged to return and replace the screen the following week. Craig is clearly very experienced and familiar with most faults and doesn't mess around; he gets the job done extremely efficiently but with due care. Given today's throw away culture, I am very pleased to have had a repair rather than simply a replacement TV.

So I had to report a fault on my Samsung monitor to the main customer care team who gave me loads of wrong information about the repair and such which was frustrating. Luckily Craig from the repair guys contradicted all the bad information by showing up in the time stated, being patient and kind with my dog who's a nervous pup (Added bonus) fixed my monitor really quickly and left it in perfect order. It was a quick, professional and personal visit. Highly recommend.
