We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.
We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Craig arrived exactly on time having given me a text message informing me of time of arrival. He replaced the main board on my OLED tv very swiftly and efficiently. Craig was polite and knowledgeable and wore his face covering all the time. He ensured we were completely satisfied with the repair before he left. I would thoroughly recommend the Repairguys and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

TV repair, fault found, new screen ordered and fitted within two weeks. Text sent night before giving window of time for visit then phone call fifteen minutes before arrival. They were very efficient, polite, clean and tidy and cleared away all packaging. TV still under guarantee so can't comment on value of service. Would certainly use again and recommend to friends.

Really pleased with the repair service we received. Craig arrived exactly when he had previously advised us he would. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently and so far the problem he came to correct seems to be entirely fixed. Our TV screen developed a fault and was still in warranty from a high street store. Having spoken to Darren from Repair Guys only last week. My washing machine was leaking. Matthew, the engineer, found the problem, which was an installation problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He then carried out a comprehensive diagnostic and function test. He was satisfied that the problem was solved and the machine was operating correctly, as was I. At all times he was friendly and efficient. It’s good to find out there are still people who care about what they do.

What can I say, I called Sony regarding fault with ARC port on TV. Within forty eight hours, Repairguys called and arrangements were made to attend with a new main board. Scott turned up and was straight at it. Board replaced, sound sorted! Many thanks guys, will certainly recommend if anyone needs your expertise in the future!

John-James attended our Samsung washing machine repair today. It was making strange noise for a while. Before his arrival I emailed a noise that the machine was making to the company who immediately said that is probably the pump and we will make sure it is on the van just incase. It was indeed the pump, all fixed, any mess cleaned up and also advice on different features of the washing machine (that we didn't know about and had it 2 years). Thank you for a professional service. Will use again.

We had an issue with a Samsung fridge freezer which wasn’t dispensing water and ice correctly. Matthew diagnosed the fault straight away. Curry’s installer had connected the water and ice feeds incorrectly, so the problem should have been sorted by them , not Samsung. The service I’ve had from Curry’s throughout this problem has been very shabby, shame on them! Matthew was in and out , job done and tested within 10 minutes. Great service!

Scott repaired my TV (under warranty) very efficiently and made sure all was OK before leaving. Great text communications from the team. 2 downsides. Long wait for the parts. Patronising first Guy, who diagnosed the fault he may have now left. They efficiently carried out a repair on a microwave (under warranty) in the past. So overall pleased with their service, as parts delivery are out of their control.
