Having contacted Samsung online to arrange repair of our washer dryer which was still under warranty, I was impressed to be contacted quickly by The Repair Guys with a convenient appointment. Matthew quickly identified the fault, the parts were ordered and returned to fix the machine today. Great service!

Contacted SAMSUNG about a serious problem with my washing machine and Ryan from the Repairguys came to diagnose the problem the next day. 3 days later he was back with the parts to fit - 4 days ahead of the estimated time for this! Ryan was efficient and professional he very kindly disconnected and moved a machine that was on loan from the company we bought it from before reconnecting and repositioning the repaired machine. He was careful to explain what the problem was and how it would be fixed. He was very pleasant and it was a pleasure having him carry out the work.

My Oleg TV packed up and Craig came out and diagnosed the power board had packed up. The following week he returned, fixed the TV, cleaned the screen, and set up the TV and sound bar before he left. All with a cheerful attitude.

Repair guys were appointed by my insurance company. I needed a new door and hinge, which was ordered and fitted within a week. Matthew was pleasant, friendly, polite, and professional. He fitted the new door in good time and did a great job. He was inclusive of my 3-year-old daughter, trying to help. He rang and asked if it was ok to fix my washing machine 3 hours earlier than scheduled, which for me was fantastic, means I can carry on with my day without having to wait for the repair. All round great job!

Matthew arrived on time and fitted a replacement foot to the Samsung washing machine. Using state-of-the-art technology, he was able to get the machine completely level and then helped me to fit and secure the tumble dryer to the top of the washing machine. He was the ultimate professional, and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

My Samsung washing machine stopped working, one of the engineers called Matthew from Repair guys came over to have a check. Found out the problem was the pump, he changed the pump. Cannot recommend highly enough. Service was first class with clear communication, message sent re 3 hour time slot the evening before followed by message in the morning with expected arrival time. The Repair Guys were very helpful and although there was a delay with the repair of my Belling oven, this was in no way due to the Repair Guys negligence or lack of effort. The delay was due to waiting for spare parts and a big Bank Holiday in the waiting period! But the communication and after care was 100% Hayden and his colleagues at the office were excellent and helpful. So thank you Guys!
