This is the second time we have had Matthew out to fix our washing machine, he is great with communication, always on time, clean, tidy, polite….everything I’d expect. I highly recommend him & The Repair Guys.

RepairGuys were engaged to repair my Sony television. The technician, Scott, rang me first, arrived on time and completed an excellent repair. I would definitely use RepairGuys again.

Craig made first call on 10/8/23 and immediately diagnosed the problem with the internet connection. Ordered new part and came back on 18/8/23 to replace it. Internet connection now seems to be ok. Craig was very pleasant and efficient and got the job completed in short space of time. Kept us informed at all times.

The word outstanding is often over used, but certainly not as far as this company is concerned. Our main point of contact was with Cheryl who went out of her way to keep us informed of the progress of a major repair to our TV that was under warranty. Throughout, her friendly approach and genuine concern that we would be inconvenienced as little as possible went a long way towards easing our frustration with LG that such an expensive TV had massively failed after just three months. In short, everything that could be done by Repairguys to expedite the repair was done, the work being completed at a very high standard. There remains little doubt in my mind that the the company genuinely deserves positive feedback, and that Cheryl a special mention. My grateful thanks to all

Cannot rate the technician, Ryan, highly enough. He was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. He clearly knew his job and the product and conducted his work flawlessly. Kieron, the engineer from The Repair Guys, came twice. Once to diagnose the problem and then again to make the repairs which were complex and took exactly the two hours he said it would take. Kieron was polite, on time, efficient and knowledgable. Communication throughout was excellent and the predicted times accurate, allowing me to leave work and return home for the shortest time. The appliance was recently out of guarantee and I’d also like to praise Samsung for standing behind their product and engaging their contracted repairers, The Repair Guys, to do the repair. I purchased the American style fridge freezer from Samsung as the previous identical model lasted 17 years.

Matthew efficiently traced the unusual problem with my washing machine, and returned with the relevant part to put it right. Communication about the visits was excellent and the job’s done! Thank you Matthew.

Matthew communicated before getting here so we knew exactly when he would be here, and it was within the window notified. He had anticipated what the issue with our new Samsung was, as there have been other cases. He was polite and friendly throughout. He confirmed the problem straight away and fixed with a software update. He explained everything he was doing. He resealed the waste pipe connections which had shown a small leak after the machine was moved. He then double checked the machine was working and not leaking before putting it back. He also ensured it was fully level and the tumble dryer was out back and aligned as well. Exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. I don’t know about cost as this was a warranty call. I would definitely use The Repair Guys again and recommend them to others.

Very good and prompt repair job on Samsung 75 inch television including dismount and remount on wall.

Warranty repair carried out to new cooker. Main oven light not working, new bulb did not resolve issue. The engineer, Hayden, turned up on time and completed the repair in about 15 minutes (it was a loose connection on the bulb holder). He was friendly and efficient. Job well done. Thanks.

New Samsung fridge door slightly damaged in transit so needed new door, replacement arranged immediately by Repair Guys who didn’t waste time coming to see it. I was delighted when I knew Matthew was on our job, he fixed our washing machine recently and is excellent. Matthew came to take a look at my Samsung washing machine - he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes of taking a look and got it all sorted quickly. Very friendly, professional and helpful.

This company was used by Samsung to repair our fridge/freezer under warranty. Communication was good with office after reporting an issue online. We had two visits with Matthew who arrived on time, was polite, professional & friendly. Diagnosed issue & part ordered. Outstanding service from start to finish. Our repair engineer, Matthew, turned up promptly and was ready to effect the repair. Throughout his visit, he explained his process and the overall repair. The job was completed within the time he stated, and the washing machine was fully serviceable on completion of his work. When Matthew was finished, he tidied up after himself. Matthew was friendly throughout his visit, and I recommend him to friends and family.

Super-efficient service, from the friendly and helpful gentleman who booked the repair on the telephone to Matthew, the engineer, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. The unusual fault was identified quickly, temporarily repaired and the replacement part ordered and fitted within the week; the most hassle-free repair we have experienced in a long time and for a very reasonable charge. Highly recommended!

Very punctual and polite, came out twice as I had to order parts, but the oven was fixed within a week. Hopefully, he will fix my oven again if ever needed to
