We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

I called these guys yesterday to check if my dishwasher basket was being sent to me direct and today an engineer arrived with it. The Repair Guys are so fantastic and always deliver a great service and I always get the truth when talking to them on the telephone. Keep it up ladies and gentlemen

We experienced an unusual issue with our integrated Samsung dishwasher. During the wash cycle, the machine would stop unexpectedly without displaying any error codes. Matthew carried out a very thorough inspection, including checking the error codes stored in the machine, which only showed previously passed codes that were unrelated to the issue. He also checked the installation of the dishwasher and made adjustments to the levels, which were slightly out, to ensure everything was correct. Despite completing all available checks, the fault persisted and the dishwasher continued to stop for no apparent reason. As a result, Matthew referred the issue to Samsung’s technical department, as all possible tests within his scope had been carried out without a resolution. I would like to thank Matthew for the significant time and effort he put into trying to diagnose the fault, which was clearly outside the range of tests available to him.

Our TV screen was showing odd colours and fortunately was still under guarantee. We had one visit to diagnose within 4 days of initial contact with the Repair Guys and a new screen had to be ordered. This was all very clearly communicated by text and calls. The new screen was fitted by Craig quickly and efficiently - we now have a TV we can watch again! Would certainly recommend - thanks Craig.

Craig let me know when he was coming and how far away he was, which was really helpful. Craig returned my TV in a really well boxed container. The problem of the blue line had been sorted out. Craig sorted out the tuning and Internet connection which was really appreciated and was quick and efficient with everything he did.

After having owned my Sony soundbar for only 3 months, it was continuously unresponsive and we were unable to connect it to the TV. We contacted Sony who directed us to the repair guys after refusing a replacement, stating that we need to follow the process. SCOTT attended my property and collected my soundbar on 17/12/2025. The repair guys were great with their help, especially with it being around Christmas. It took a while for the repair (7 weeks) due to sourcing parts. But I now have it back and it seems to be working well.

Fantastic customer service from the start. Communication is great from the get go, including calls answered promptly when I needed to ask a question. Matthew let me know when he was en route, which is super helpful.
