We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.
We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.
We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Craig had dealt with out faulty TV from the start. On his first visit he diagnosed the fault. On his second visit he brought the new part and fitted it with no problem. On both occasions he was polite and explained things as he went along. Craig is an asset to the company and has a good range of knowledge.

Successful freezer repair
Matthew came out yesterday to repair the seal on my freezer and did a great job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The repair was done quickly and the freezer, one day later, appears to be working perfectly now. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Matthew to others.

Our new American Fridge Freezer was originally delivered with a damaged door. Pete from the Repairguys Exeter was booked by the manufacturer to replace this. I received a text the evening before with a time slot for the repair with another text on the day 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived promptly with the new door which he fitted quickly and efficiently. When the job was finished he removed all the packaging and left the area clean and tidy. I am pleased that Pete carried out the job and in the same circumstances would definitely use the Repairguys Exeter again.

Excellent service, arrived on time. Fault diagnosed immediately, TV taken away to be repaired in the factory, rang this morning when on their way, arrived promptly. TV replaced and tested. Also set up a secondary TV we have been using. Very friendly and courteous. Explained well, very impressed.
