Following a previous issue, Matt came out to diagnose a problem with our Samsung American Fridge Freezer. He identified some problems and immediately responded by ordering new parts. Today he came back and fixed the issue. Matthew from The Repair Guys came out to look at my faulty washer dryer. He was fast, effective, and polite, identifying the issue and quickly replacing a faulty pump. He explained what he was doing while he worked. I did have to wait roughly a week for a visit because they're busy, but my date and time was communicated to me in advance and confirmed the evening before and again on the day. Matthew from Repair Guys was extremely helpful and proficient. He was let down by the company supplying spare parts for our washing machine, but always kept us fully informed of any delay. Our Samsung washing machine went wrong under warranty and they used the repair guys to fix it. The communication was great and they kept me up to date. Pete was sent out to have a look at the machine and then also came back once they had the parts. His communication was great, letting us know when we was on the way on both visits. Friendly and helpful and got our machine working again.

After my heat pump tumble dryer suddenly stopped working Kieren visited and was able to identify the problem and the business arranged for the relevant part to be ordered. He returned and fitted it to resolve the problem. They kept me informed of the day work would be done with follow-up texts confirming Kieren's arrival time. Excellent service and great communication.

Had Matthew round to repair our washing machine today. Arrived promptly with a message to say when he was coming and had all the parts required to complete the job. Job was done efficiently and with the minimal amount of mess and fuss. Washing machine was tested twice to make sure all was good and Matthew even placed the machine back in place before reconnecting and making sure there were no leaks. Machine is now good as new.

Our Samsung washing machine became very noisy 3 1/2 years from new. Under the 5 years warranty they sent out an authorised repairer from the Repair Guy's named Kieren who was absolutely brilliant, professional & friendly and took the time to explain the repair of a new drum,bearing & seals and various outher new parts of which i found interesting & to be great customer service from Kieren. The job was completed quickly with no fuss & no mess. I highly rate them Repair Guy's Thank you!

Craig had dealt with out faulty TV from the start. On his first visit he diagnosed the fault. On his second visit he brought the new part and fitted it with no problem.
