Appalling customer service
Hi My wife rung me in tears by the way she was treated by the technician (Matthew) from the exeter branch. He also lied in the report my wife was pressured into signing. The diagnostic he did came up with a fault and he said there were no faults. I hope this is just one bad apple in the bunch as I didn't expect this from the repair guys Thanks William

Beware the small print
Initially very impressive with helpful staff and confidence-inspiring patter gave me a good feeling about their services. My microwave was repaired as per their estimate , within a reasonable time period and although quite expensive, I had no qualms about their ability to repair it. However when it went wrong 7 months later with the same fault as originally diagnosed the immediate reaction was to point out the warranty period for their repair services was 90 days only, something shown on the website but not explained, quoted or visible when visiting the premises. This is despite the assurance that only genuine manufacturers parts are used. Panasonic was equally not helpful and would not offer any warranty on their parts other than the 90 days that their recommended repairer quoted. The £190 repair carried out was money wasted. We are being urged to repair not replace but after this experience, I am unlikely to follow that option in the future and certainly not with this company.

Terrible 'Repair' Service
Imagine your car doesn't start and you have it towed to a garage. The mechanics work under the bonnet and carry out 'diagnostic checks'. They call you to say it's ready to collect. You ask them if the car now starts? They say they're not allowed to start it for 'health & safety reasons' - yet all the diagnostic checks appear normal. You go and collect the car - and it still doesn't start. Yet you still have to pay for the 'repairs' and the mechanics say sorry, there's nothing else they can do, as the 'diagnostic checks are all normal'!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED WITH OUR BREADMAKER! Although recommended by Panasonic, these 'Repair' guys refused to bake a loaf of bread to confirm our breadmaker was in fact fixed. They're apparently not allowed to bake a loaf of bread due to 'health & safety reasons'!! They shipped it back after 'repairing' it (ie. running 'diagnostic checks that proved normal') - yet it STILL doesn't work - and WE HAD TO FOOT THE BILL ANYWAY!! Of course we're currently complaining to Panasonic about this. Is this not the most ridiculous 'repair' scenario you've ever heard of, or what? 😆

Poor service
I used Repairman services to fix my Samsung fridge freezer. After the guy had attempted to fix the problem but afterwards it had a different issue so they sent another chap who informed me that the first guy had put it back together wrong causing further issues. He attempted to fix it but the new issue remained. I contacted them twice again but they then ignored us. Very poor service and staff. I would not recommend their services.

Fault not fixed
They had my tv for over 2 weeks and it’s come back with the same fault apparent, Samsung UK had sanctioned this as a one off free repair as the tv was 6 months out of warranty and as the job has been closed with them I will have to pay for any further repair. The fault was intermittent but had occurred 3 times in the first few hours after I received it back. I feel they didn’t carry out correct soak testing after the work which would be fairly standard on an intermittent fault. Needless to say I will not be using this company in future.

Panasonic Combi oven
Our Panasonic Combi oven displayed an error code, so the Repairguys were recommended after contacting Panasonic. After I made a deposit, the job was booked on December 3rd. A few days later, a rather brusque person collected the oven, and for the next couple of weeks, I tried to establish the repair progress. Eventually, I was told, 'The technician dealing with microwaves was away last week, so it has not been looked at'. The repair was completed on December 18th, and I paid the invoice in full. I was told that my oven could not be delivered before Christmas, and as we were away for a couple of days after Christmas, the best date for our delivery would be January 7th. On the 7th, a person from Repairguys phoned to say that the delivery driver had reported sick and could not deliver. I mentioned the lack of information throughout the repair process, and he promised to respond. No response has been received to date. The oven was returned on the 8th by Rob, a delightful person. The lack of proactive customer service regarding the progress or otherwise of the repair has been very frustrating.

Craig from repairguys gave me a 10 minute alert for his arrival and duly appeared. He wasn’t aware of the call history so I updated him….he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and replaced the PSU in no time. He then reset the TV for me, getting SkyQ working and the soundbar. Great level of service from Craig, much appreciated

Ice dispenser fixed
Matthew arrived on time with the correct identified part and fitted it which rectified the problem with the ice maker he had previously diagnosed. Matthew came out to fix my washer dryer. His communication was great, with a text the evening before to confirm when he would be arriving and another text 30 mins before he got to our house. The machine was fixed really quickly and the area was left clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again in future.

Excellent and quick service
The issue I reported with my TV was resolved within a week. Really quick turnaround, I received a text the night before advising of a timeslot and then on the day when the technician was 30 minutes away. The technician was really friendly and respectful of my space (Covid!). A really pleasant experience and really recommend.

Fast repair - really pleased
My Samsung TV developed a fault under warranty and the Repair Guys were assigned the job by Samsung. I logged the fault on the Saturday and the repair was booked in for the following Thursday. Although the engineer was delayed getting to us he carried out the repair quickly and made sure everything worked before he left - we're delighted with the speed and efficiency of the process. My only minor criticism is that we weren't kept informed of the delay to the time slot for the repair but it really doesn't matter as the repair was done so efficiently.

Efficient and friendly on-site repair
Pete completed our fridge/freezer fan repair in a friendly and efficient manner and even put up with our dog initially barking at him. It is fantastic to have our freezer working again after having to wait for Samsung to deliver two new fans. The freezer now works and doesn't make a horrendous noise! Thank you, Pete (Repairguys)

Washing machine repair
First class and prompt response to my repair problem. When i contacted Repairguys, they suggested I try to save myself the cost of calling them out by advising me on what I might be able to do myself. When that didn't work, they explained to me in detail what they could do and how much it would cost. As a result they came out that morning and quickly sorted out the problem. Would recommend them in terms of professionalism, honesty and thoroughness.
