Following a fault on 65" TV, RepairGuys were appointed as the local service agent by Panasonic to complete an in home service repair. The company did a great job, in particular the engineers assigned, Scott and Steve. Working in peoples home’s during the lockdown period brings own its challenge, they acted with professionalism and made every necessary step to complete the repair efficiently and safely. You have a great pair of engineers!

After having been told by the company I purchased the TV from to contact Samsung, these guys were appointed to carry out the repair. They were excellent. Contacted me the same day, visited within 24 hours. Had to order parts. Didn’t have to wait to long. Now all repaired and working well. Good for keeping in contact, turned up when they said they would. Excellent COVID safe at this difficult time. A big Thank you from one satisfied customer

Arrived right at the beginning of the time slot I was given. Promptly fixed the TV and did the necessary updates then gave me advice on what to do if I have any more problems in the future after my warranty runs out. Excellent service.

Matthew was very professional and personable and diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly. He had to return a second time with a new pump but the company kept us informed of his visit and we received a time window the day before and a 30 minute warning on the day. He worked efficiently and quickly and offered advice about our dishwasher while he was here. It's great to having a working dishwasher again!

43” Samsung TV repair at home. Replacement of mainboard. The Repairguys engineer did a great job and we were notified the previous evening (Sunday) of time slot and also 25 mins before he arrived. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommend this company.

At times things look difficult and feel overwhelming. The constant bleeping from our incorrectly working fridge/freezer was driving us mad - then along comes Matthew from Repairguys, knowledgable, efficient, fully prepared and equipped and explained everything. He had a lovely attitude to his work and could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Matthew was a godsend. The problem is all resolved. Samsung as a whole have been great from call centre, assessment engineer to the office ordering the spare parts needed and Matthew resolving the problem. We are impressed and grateful to all concerned.

Our Samsung washing machine recently broke down. Within an hour of us contacting Samsung, Matthew from the Repair Guys, Exeter was at our door. He very quickly sorted the problem without any mess or fuss. We were very impressed with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you Matthew.

I'm very happy with the Repair guys, never have had so many messages to say on way and what time etc. John Andrew was professional, polite and repaired my dishwasher successfully, very quickly and no mess!

My 2020 Samsung TV screen was not working. My supplier (John Lewis) asked RepairGuys in Exeter to look into the problem. The appliance was still under warranty. The company’s response was speedy, professional and friendly. Scott immediately established the problem, ordered the necessary replacement and returned to carry out the repair. I had to change the agreed repair date on two occasions but the company did their utmost to accommodate this despite their heavy work schedule. Once the new screen was fitted Scott carried out all the necessary checks diligently and then helpfully placed the appliances back to its original site (wall mounted) for me. RepairGuys are a breath of fresh air in electrical repair services. No fuss, no hassle - they just got on with the job in hand. Hopefully, I won’t need them again though!

Samsung washing machine, the bearings on the machine become faulty. On the agreed time and date the technician turn up and was very polite from start to finish, he explained what the job entailed and the length of time it would possible take to complete. The work area was always left clear and tidy, I honestly believe this technician is a valuable person to the company and others would learn a great deal from this person. The issue with are machine is now resolved and we are very happy with the service we received. Thank you JA

Highly recommended. They kept me informed at all times and gave me a date and time to carry out the repair, which they stuck to. The technicians were very polite and respected my property and equipment. Scott arrived with all the correct parts and my TV was fixed in record time. Sony TV under warranty. After carrying out all the recommended checks TV still would not accept input from the remote. Phoned Sony explained the issues. Sony accepted my response and booked the Repairguys to come and carry out warranty work. Engineer arrived as stated and on time. Put on shoe covers and face mask and entered property. Listened to my side of the issue, disconnected the TV and placed it on his stand. Removed the back, replaced the remote sensor unit. Put it all back together and tested that it all worked. Very good visit with a helpful enginer who knew his job annd took time to explain what he was doing and the problem was sorted. I have given value 5* but in reality it was warranty work and Which will not allow you to leave it blank. Highly recommended.

No hassle repair, great communication from this company. They did exactly what they promised and on the date they promised.

John-Andrew was so helpful during his visit, gave lots of advice on how to get the most out of our washing machine and definitely knew his stuff! He sorted the problem, was very friendly and personable. Really pleased with the service and grateful for his help & advice

Washing machine spare parts ordered on time, mended efficiently and communication good. I would recommend them.

Our ice dispenser broke in our fridge, we were covered under the warranty and can't fault the fantastic service we had a getting it resolved from the repair guys in Exeter. I spoke a couple of times with the lovely lady in the office, who couldn't have been more helpful and Hayden who came out twice, first to assess the problem and then a week later to fix it was absolutely brilliant. Brilliant and professional service and staff and would highly recommend

JA came out to repair our Samsung washing machine under warranty - it was a challenging job with multiple issues and he really did a complete job, with helpful suggestions on top. He was professional, friendly and totally customer focused. Not only did this reflect extremely well on RepairGuys but also made us feel a little better about the expensive Samsung product that had let us down a number of times. The work was thorough, fully explained and well documented. Very impressive all round.
