On arriving home after 3 weeks away I found my Netatmo thermostat was not functioning and I was unable to get any hot water and despite ringing both thermostat installer and energy supplier for help ..I called both parties between 10/12 times each and still having a 24 month product warranty on the thermostat I could not get anyone to help me ...a friend rang and gave me Aquaducks name and telephone number. I rang Aquaducks and Irene immediately made an appointment for Charlotte to call around which she did 48 hours later. On arrival Charlotte diagnosed the problem, spoke to me about it, got the part required immediately and within 3 hours of her arrival at my home everything was working and I had hot water again. After the work had been completed the area around the work had been cleaned and tidied up. I can honestly say that Charlotte, Irene and team are the best plumbing services I have ever used ...I have recommended them to friends one of whom has used their services and has rung to say how good and efficient Aqueducts were and she was also going to recommend them to her friends. I would highly recommend Aquaducks to anyone wanting a really excellent and highly skilled plumbing service that also believes in quality led customer services...thank you Aquaducks...
