Contacted Aquaheat about a boiler change and system upgrade. A date was set for a home visit and a quotation. Lee arrived on time and explained all the options. He answered all my questions throughly. Fantastic support by the Aquateam office, arranging everything and answering my questions that I had forgotten to ask at the time of Lee's visit. The subsequent install went without a hitch. Credit to Clinton and his team. Really pleased with the new system. I would throughly recommend Aquaheat for all your plumbing/heating needs! Ohh and they're nice people too

We contacted Aquaheat Ashford Ltd and Lee came out to assess our needs. We were given a very detailed run-through of all the work that was needed and shown the different types of boilers that were available. We were emailed a quote later that day With a very detailed specification of all the work to be done. and we went for a Worcester-Bosch boiler model 32CDi We paid our deposit and the work started Wednesday 29/07/2020 The 2 guys that did the installation were Felix and Archie who was very polite and courteous and explained everything that they did as the installation progressed. The work was completed today Friday 31/07/2020. Our house was left clean and tidy. These two guys were very professional in everything they did and answered all the questions that we asked. I would thoroughly recommend this company to any one thinking of replacing their boiler Thank you so much Aquaheat Ashford LTD

First we had our boiler serviced by Aquaheat. The engineer (Joe) was very thorough and proficient. He was very knowledgeable and an affable young man. We wanted our water cylinder changed to a un-vented cylinder, a radiator replaced and a leak repaired. Lee came round to give a quote and check everything out. All very professional. A very fare price. Clinton then came to do the work. All the work was done to a very high standard.Leaving no mess and and keeping us informed of progress all along the way. Would recommend Aquaheat to everyone. What a team!

Aquaheat recently installed a large underfloor heating project spanning three large rooms. A Polypipe Overfloor System was used. The professionalism and quality of the work done was outstanding even with the added complication of social distancing during this pandemic. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again.

The job was the replacement of an elderly gas boiler. Aquaheat have a good local reputation and it showed, from the initial visit and decent price to a punctual and well-organised installation. The boiler came with a Nest internet-based thermostat (an optional extra) - their introduction to it came at the end of the day and was a bit rushed, but they were right that we would quickly get used to it and it has been very useful in managing our heating while we were away on grandparent duty. My delay in getting round to a review has enabled me to include a report on how Aquaheat dealt with a problem that came up a couple of months after the installation, when the boiler stopped providing heat to the radiators (the hot water system was OK). Aquaheat sent a man round almost immediately but the problem had somehow righted itself, only to recur, more permanently, a couple of weeks later. Again Aquaheat worried away at it, including a long conversation with Worcester Bosch, until finally WB sent their own man round - he replaced a faulty sensor and we haven't had any trouble since. Both firms worked hard to restore our heating as soon as possible in the middle of winter - the boiler was a new model and I think the issue was unfamiliar to both of them.

New oil boiler

Aquaheat removed our old oil boiler, emersion heater, water tanks etc and replaced with a new system where main boiler is now located outside in a self contained unit. An absolutely excellent job. The Aquaheat team arrived on time, were great people to work with, considerate, were efficient and very clean. They did a very nice neat job with the whole system installed on time and working perfectly. Would recommend them every time.
