Excellent service again received from this company. For sometime now our gas central heating system has been serviced and repaired by this company following them purchasing the company called Gasworks who were also a 5 star company. Due to problems / blockages with our small bore central heating pipework they recently carried out a power flash of our central heating system and fitted an inline filter to help capture some debris in the future. The service received was excellent. Their engineer called Josh who carried out the work was an excellent ambassador for their company wearing a face mask from the moment he arrived until he finished and was viewed constantly sanitizing his hands during his visit. Before their engineer Josh started work he placed protective covering over our carpets in the main work arears and even removed his shoes when walking around the house to bleed the radiators. Never had our CE system working so good.

Have used this company for some time for boiler service now needed a new boiler so naturally asked for price for a new one quoted a competitive price job done efficiently and quick all done in a day very professional and polite will continue to use them in the future highly recommended.

Contacted Aquaheat about a boiler change and system upgrade. A date was set for a home visit and a quotation. Lee arrived on time and explained all the options. He answered all my questions throughly. Fantastic support by the Aquateam office, arranging everything and answering my questions that I had forgotten to ask at the time of Lee's visit. The subsequent install went without a hitch. Credit to Clinton and his team. Really pleased with the new system. I would throughly recommend Aquaheat for all your plumbing/heating needs! We contacted Aquaheat Ashford Ltd and Lee came out to assess our needs. We were given a very detailed run-through of all the work that was needed and shown the different types of boilers that were available. We were emailed a quote later that day With a very detailed specification of all the work to be done. and we went for a Worcester-Bosch boiler model 32CDi We paid our deposit and the work started Wednesday 29/07/2020 The 2 guys that did the installation were Felix and Archie who was very polite and courteous and explained everything that they did as the installation progressed. The work was completed today Friday 31/07/2020. Our house was left clean and tidy. These two guys were very professional in everything they did and answered all the questions that we asked. First we had our boiler serviced by Aquaheat. The engineer (Joe) was very thorough and proficient. He was very knowledgeable and an affable young man. We wanted our water cylinder changed to a un-vented cylinder, a radiator replaced and a leak repaired. Lee came round to give a quote and check everything out. All very professional. A very fare price. Clinton then came to do the work. All the work was done to a very high standard.Leaving no mess and and keeping us informed of progress all along the way. Would recommend Aquaheat to everyone. What a team!

Aquaheat recently installed a large underfloor heating project spanning three large rooms. A Polypipe Overfloor System was used. The professionalism and quality of the work done was outstanding even with the added complication of social distancing during this pandemic. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again.

The job was the replacement of an elderly gas boiler. Aquaheat have a good local reputation and it showed, from the initial visit and decent price to a punctual and well-organised installation. The boiler came with a Nest internet-based thermostat (an optional extra) - their introduction to it came at the end of the day and was a bit rushed, but they were right that we would quickly get used to it and it has been very useful in managing our heating while we were away on grandparent duty. My delay in getting round to a review has enabled me to include a report on how Aquaheat dealt with a problem that came up a couple of months after the installation, when the boiler stopped providing heat to the radiators (the hot water system was OK). Aquaheat sent a man round almost immediately but the problem had somehow righted itself, only to recur, more permanently, a couple of weeks later. Again Aquaheat worried away at it, including a long conversation with Worcester Bosch, until finally WB sent their own man round - he replaced a faulty sensor and we haven't had any trouble since. Both firms worked hard to restore our heating as soon as possible in the middle of winter - the boiler was a new model and I think the issue was unfamiliar to both of them.

Very pleased with the service received. Very professional in all aspects of the installation of our new boiler and instructions how to program it. Left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

Aquaheat removed our old oil boiler, emersion heater, water tanks etc and replaced with a new system where main boiler is now located outside in a self contained unit. An absolutely excellent job. The Aquaheat team arrived on time, were great people to work with, considerate, were efficient and very clean. They did a very nice neat job with the whole system installed on time and working perfectly. Would recommend them every time.

Just had a new boiler and rad fitted in our conservatory by Clint and his side kick Bradley how professional these two are and the great job they did nothing was too much trouble even answering any questions that I had. Aquaheat have just installed a new Worcester Combi Boiler, Clinton and Bradley were great, friendly but very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the boiler was installed with the minimum of fuss. This is a company that we would not hesitate to use in the future, in fact they will be doing the servicing. From the time that Lee came to give us a quote, dealing with the office and installing the boiler was all a very pleasant experience.

Lee, when he came to do the quote, knew exactly what to look for and gave us options and advised on the best choice. The quote came in promptly. When it came to installation Clinton and Bradley were polite, professional, and knew what they were doing. We were kept well informed by Clinton and both did an excellent, tidy job with no mess. It is nice to know we have a 10 year guarantee on the new boiler. Clinton gave us good comprehensive hand over after the installation explaining about the system. Also nice to know that they will contact us for the boiler service next year rather than we have to remember. It was an efficient professional job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a boiler replacement.

From initial visit from Lee. Being recommended by his friend from his school days, I chose after discussion to have a new boiler fitted. My old one was noisy & wrong in a few ways. Customer service was exceptional. My boiler was installed less than a week after the quote was agreed, even though they were really busy. Felix was very professional and cleaned up after himself -it was like he had never been-.It took a little while for the old boiler to be collected but one email later and it was gone. Fast efficient service from Lee and his Team. Accepted his quote on Tues Fitters arrived prompt on the following Monday. A day and a half later I had a new Boiler, Pump and Programmer. And you couldn't tell anyone had been doing major plumbing work when they left.
