Lee from the New Romney branch came to clarify exactly what was required by us, which was to replace all the Central Heating pipes under the screed (floor) and replace with surface mounted pipes. We were told on the 13th November that Ryan and Matt would be with us at 8.30 am to carry out all the work required and that it would take about 6 days. This was completed on the 6th day and when they left all was working very well. They worked so hard, leaving everything neat and tidy and we must recommend them wholeheartedly. One thing that was very good was that each day they explained everything they were going to do and confirmed at the end of day that they had achieved that. Both Ryan and Matt were a credit to Aquaheat.

From my first contact with AQUAHEAT, although I should say 'AQUACOOL ' I have exceptionally impressed by the level of competence, courtesy and helpfulness of each person I have spoken to or met in person. Lee came to my home in order to survey my property and discuss options, a comprehensive quote was emailed in a timely fashion. The quote covered every different option we had discussed. A date was set for the install. Each of the team members that came to my home was as courteous and professional as Lee. The install of my multi split Bosch system (one outdoor unit feeding 3 indoor) was completed without incident. The quality of works is beyond comparison every tiny detail has been considered. I am stunned at how economical and quiet both the indoor and outdoor units are. I would recommend AQUACOOL ASHFORD to anyone without hesitation. Good old fashioned 5* service from start to finish.

We decided to change our boiler as it was twenty one years old but still working okay. We were recommended by another trader to contact Aqua heating. Lee came round and gave us advice and sent the quotation, I was very impressed with Lee with his knowledge of his products. When the old 30+ year old boiler dies just before Christmas it's never a good thing! We had British Gas out plus Aquaheat to give us quotes. Aquaheat's reviews were glowing and the gut feeling was good. Lee form Aquaheat came out to do the quote. He's a great front man for his company. His knowledge and experience really came through and he provided a very thorough breakdown of what he proposed to do if he got the job. Had old Powermax155x 17 years old needed replacing. Ranged for aqua heat to come. Lee came to see me explained what boiler was needed for my home and what work would take place and how long for for fitting new boiler. Very happy with price went ahead with aqua heat team. I required a new boiler and was recommended to use AquaHeat . I contacted them and was given a competitive price who had great knowledge about their boilers. I did not have to wait long for them to do the work. They were clean and tidy workers who did an excellent job in fitting my new boiler and talked me through the procedure of the different program settings. I would definitely recommend them. A lovely couple of lads replaced our old troublesome combi boiler this week. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They worked hard and were finished in less than a day. Their work was clean, neat and tidy and when they had finished, apart from a nice quiet boiler, we wouldn't have known they had been here! Nothing was too much trouble for them - they even put up with our very nosey pug who was loving life when they were here! Lee did have to return yesterday to rectify a very slight problem but that was soon fixed. We cannot recommend AquaHeat enough!

Great customer service from start to finish. Aqua heat have been looking after old combi boiler for sometime now and this was a breakdown too far so replacement it was! Everything completed within 3 weeks from 1st appointment to quote to installation complete. Communication from the office was fantastic. Turned up Tuesday as arranged on time, removed the old back-boiler from the lounge, cold water tank from loft, and the immersion water tank from the airing cupboard. Started work in the loft for our new combi boiler. Wednesday, on time again, fitted the new boiler and auxiliary equipment, pump etc. Thursday, commissioned the system, went through the instructions (how to use the remote thermostat etc) and clocked off at midday. From start to completion, always put down mats and worked to a very tidy regime. Very courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had to have an old back-boiler and water tank system replaced with a new combi-boiler and a gas fire replaced with a radiator. From the first visit to assess the job and until the last goodbye, AquaHeat were brilliant. Turned up when they said they would, kept me informed as to how the job was going and what was being done. They were always courteous and respectful of my house (it was probably cleaner after they left than when they arrived). Haven't got a single negative thing to say about their excellent service. Highly professional from start to finish. Lee visited to quote for a new boiler and left us with several options which were clearly laid out (the first time I've understood how my heating system worked) in an informative brochure. Absolutely no pressure selling! The office staff were ultra-efficient and friendly in dealing with the quotation and ordering process. Clinton and his partner (sorry forgotten his name) were fantastic when they came to fit the boiler; Coved compliant, friendly and efficient.. They left the kitchen clean and tidy having explained the process and the operating instructions clearly. Lee called in during the day to check all work was being carried out as expected. Excellent service again received from this company. For sometime now our gas central heating system has been serviced and repaired by this company following them purchasing the company called Gasworks who were also a 5 star company. Due to problems / blockages with our small bore central heating pipework they recently carried out a power flash of our central heating system and fitted an inline filter to help capture some debris in the future. The service received was excellent. Their engineer called Josh who carried out the work was an excellent ambassador for their company wearing a face mask from the moment he arrived until he finished and was viewed constantly sanitizing his hands during his visit. Before their engineer Josh started work he placed protective covering over our carpets in the main work arears and even removed his shoes when walking around the house to bleed the radiators. Never had our CE system working so good.

Have used this company for some time for boiler service now needed a new boiler so naturally asked for price for a new one quoted a competitive price job done efficiently and quick all done in a day very professional and polite will continue to use them in the future highly recommended.

Contacted Aquaheat about a boiler change and system upgrade. A date was set for a home visit and a quotation. Lee arrived on time and explained all the options. He answered all my questions throughly. Fantastic support by the Aquateam office, arranging everything and answering my questions that I had forgotten to ask at the time of Lee's visit. We contacted Aquaheat Ashford Ltd and Lee came out to assess our needs. We were given a very detailed run-through of all the work that was needed and shown the different types of boilers that were available. We were emailed a quote later that day With a very detailed specification of all the work to be done. and we went for a Worcester-Bosch boiler model 32CDi We paid our deposit and the work started Wednesday 29/07/2020 The 2 guys that did the installation were Felix and Archie who was very polite and courteous and explained everything that they did as the installation progressed. The work was completed today Friday 31/07/2020. Our house was left clean and tidy. These two guys were very professional in everything they did and answered all the questions that we asked. First we had our boiler serviced by Aquaheat. The engineer (Joe) was very thorough and proficient. He was very knowledgeable and an affable young man. We wanted our water cylinder changed to a un-vented cylinder, a radiator replaced and a leak repaired. Lee came round to give a quote and check everything out. All very professional. A very fare price. Clinton then came to do the work. All the work was done to a very high standard.Leaving no mess and and keeping us informed of progress all along the way. Would recommend Aquaheat to everyone. What a team!

Aquaheat recently installed a large underfloor heating project spanning three large rooms. A Polypipe Overfloor System was used. The professionalism and quality of the work done was outstanding even with the added complication of social distancing during this pandemic. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again.

The job was the replacement of an elderly gas boiler. Aquaheat have a good local reputation and it showed, from the initial visit and decent price to a punctual and well-organised installation. The boiler came with a Nest internet-based thermostat (an optional extra) - their introduction to it came at the end of the day and was a bit rushed, but they were right that we would quickly get used to it and it has been very useful in managing our heating while we were away on grandparent duty. My delay in getting round to a review has enabled me to include a report on how Aquaheat dealt with a problem that came up a couple of months after the installation, when the boiler stopped providing heat to the radiators (the hot water system was OK). Aquaheat sent a man round almost immediately but the problem had somehow righted itself, only to recur, more permanently, a couple of weeks later. Again Aquaheat worried away at it, including a long conversation with Worcester Bosch, until finally WB sent their own man round - he replaced a faulty sensor and we haven't had any trouble since. Both firms worked hard to restore our heating as soon as possible in the middle of winter - the boiler was a new model and I think the issue was unfamiliar to both of them.

Aquaheat removed our old oil boiler, emersion heater, water tanks etc and replaced with a new system where main boiler is now located outside in a self contained unit. An absolutely excellent job. The Aquaheat team arrived on time, were great people to work with, considerate, were efficient and very clean. Had a discounted quote from Redrow to organise the 1st service to our LPG boiler and unvented water tank. It looked expensive so I checked out local plumbers. Aquaheat were recommended by another plumber that didn’t do LPG so I called them and booked the service. It was significantly cheaper and about where I expected the price to be. We agreed a date, the plumber attended on time, the plumber took his shoes off on entry, was clean and civil and answered all the many questions I had about the system. I couldn’t ask for a better service. Have put their number in my diary and will be booking them annually.

Very quick at responding to work needing to be done. We had an unexpected leak and Lee was round in no time to sort the problem, also needed a filter changing a couple of weeks later this was discussed and done within a matter of days. Very tidy and clears up any mess made, very polite and efficient.

Had central heating put into my 300 year old cottage, all work carried out to an exceptional standard, the team were friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. This week I had a new condensing boiler installed and a power flush of the central heating system. Clinton and George were the installers. The work was carried out in a timely fashion and was explained to me before each stage was carried out. Both guys were polite and friendly. They did not demand constant cups of coffee or tea be made for them as I have experienced with other 'trades'. Dust sheets were deployed and after finishing the job they cleaned up. Even had their own vacuum cleaner ! Boiler operation described and demonstrated at conclusion of installation. I am very satisfied with what they did and would not hesitate to recommend this company for similar work.

Had a full system flush and a new boiler. The work was done by Clinton and Joe, who were both very professional, polite and hard working. After they had gone, they left the house spotless even though the job had taken 9 hours and it was a wet and miserable day. Clinton, who took us through everything at the end, clearly knew his stuff. Replace 2 x radiators, drain down system, refill and retest. An excellent service provided by Lee and his team at Aquaheat. He was so polite, hard working and very professional. The work took over 6 hours and he worked right through and I have to comment on how organised and methodical he was in preparing his equipment, completing the job and then clearing up afterwards, taking all waste and old radiators with him. Lee not only provided by far the best price for doing my extensive work, which included new boiler and radiators, kitchen and bathroom but he communicated with me regularly concerning my project and he was totally flexible. For example, I chose and bought the radiators boiler etc; where he could get the items cheaper, he bought them for me and did not apply a mark-up for me to pay. Brilliant! We researched companies in our local area as needed a quote for a new boiler. Contacted AquaHeat as they had good reviews and are a Which Trusted Trader. Lee came out and explained what we would need and extra bits we could add on if required. We received a quote 2 days later and decided to go ahead and use them. we had Clinton and George install our new boiler, flush the radiators and fit a new cylinder. They were both extremely friendly, polite and efficient. Cleared up any mess they made and updated us throughout the day. With my son who's 4 and my daughter who's 6 months in the house as well, they made the whole process really smooth and caused no disruption to the children. highly recommend. will be calling next year to use them for the service. Lee and his team have completed a number of works for my wife and I including boiler replacement, servicing and upgrading of our pipe work at home. More recently I asked Lee to review the current plumbing in a flat we had purchased where we knew there would be some serious renovation. Lee provided sound advice preparing a detailed estimate for the new plumbing system, a system which would bring in some new technology and equipment. When work started he and his team were flexible, attending when they were needed at critical points in the renovation and delivered exactly what was requested. As in all works, not everything goes to plan and when we hit snags I was thankful of the way Lee and his team met the challenges and delivered a first rate service. I'm happy to say that over the time we have built up our working relationship and my wife and I would not turn to anyone else for taking on any plumbing and heating work. Aquaheat have recently fitted a new gas boiler in the Old School in New Romney. The work was done extremely efficiently and we are very pleased with the result. Throughout the process from quote to completion Lee communicate well, so that we knew exactly what was going on at all times.
