Mitchell and Maciek recently renovated one entire bathroom and part of another. The entire process could not have been smoother: Mitchell was very helpful with the design process and in selecting the accessories and gave great advice on what would / wouldn't work for the space. Maciek did a brilliant job on site and I came back after a two week vacation to a fully cleaned up flat. They dealt with problems (rotting floorboards!) that became apparent while I was away while keeping me informed at every step and really did their very best in every respect. I am so happy with the result and would recommend their services readily to anyone looking for reliability, peace of mind and a thorough job with no corners cut.

We recently had our bathroom completely redone with the help of Aquasmith, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free — all thanks to Mitchell and Damian. Mitchell was fantastic. He helped us design the layout of the bathroom and even came with us to the bathroom shop to make sure we chose the right pieces. We had told him that due to personal circumstances, we needed an accessible bathroom and he understood our needs from the outset. He guided us through decisions about colour, size, and overall layout, making sure everything would not only look great but function well in the space. His insight was incredibly useful and made the planning process feel much less overwhelming. When it came to the installation, Damian from the Aquasmith team did a superb job. He was a pleasure to have in the house — cheerful, polite, and very tidy. He checked every single item as it arrived, making sure it was up to standard, and handled any necessary returns or replacements quickly and efficiently. We felt completely looked after throughout the process. Aquasmith and Anthony Levy from our bathroom supplier (Russell Black) worked closely together to ensure that everything went to plan and that deliveries were timed so that they arrived ahead of installation. Aquasmith and fitter Maciek undertook out bathroom re-fit recently and we are extremely pleased with the result. It also helps that Maciek is a personable and polite person. We had herringbone tiles installed which have been done to a high quality finish, as has all of the other works. The work took a few days longer than advertised but appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to correct snags. We found Mitchell the Project Manager straight forward to deal with. There were no shock costs or charges. I would not hesitate to use Aquasmith again.
