Aquasmith

Aquasmith and fitter Maciek undertook out bathroom re-fit recently and we are extremely pleased with the result. It also helps that Maciek is a personable and polite person. We had herringbone tiles installed which have been done to a high quality finish, as has all of the other works. The work took a few days longer than advertised but appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to correct snags. We found Mitchell the Project Manager straight forward to deal with. There were no shock costs or charges. I would not hesitate to use Aquasmith again.

Aquasmith are outstanding. Mitchell totally understood our brief. We didn’t want the whole bathroom replaced. We needed a shower unit and surrounding tiles replaced, which many fitters wouldn’t even consider. Mitchell provided reassuring support from the start, accompanying us to the bathroom and tile suppliers, so we felt confident that all purchases would work. This job was not an easy ask at all, as there were no replacement tiles available for those surrounding the area, a high-risk task for any bathroom fitter! However, Damian, who came to do the work, was equally outstanding! He was respectful of our home, and his workmanship and work ethic were impeccable! All works are completed within 4 days. The finished result is even more than we could have hoped for! Exceptional service from start to finish!

We recently had our bathroom completely stripped and renovated. We are so glad we chose Aquasmith to carry out this work and we could not be happier with the end result. Aquasmith made the design purchase and installation of my bathroom easy. Mitchell comes round and asks what you want and helps with the design and uses his experience to make useful suggestions. Once you have agreed on a price and date for installation he takes you out to purchase what is required. Once again this helps as he knows the measurements and you buy the goods that fit into the design and also look and work well. You also purchase the correct amounts of everything. This helped us immensely. The fitter Jacek was brilliant. He turned up on time everyday and worked tirelessly and is an absolute perfectionist in everything he does. Any small problems he discusses with you and comes up with a solution. He also tidies up every evening and leaves the place really tidy. We are really please with the our bathroom
