Mitchell and his team have recently finished a complete refit of our bathroom. The whole job was thoroughly professional from start to finish- Mitchell came over personally to discuss requirements and give advice on sourcing units. He then oversaw the entire project- with Damian in his team also doing a wonderful job leading the work day to day. Communication was absolutely excellent- queries were always responded to promptly and the process was very clear, with no surprises. The work was finished on time to a great standard- all for a reasonable price. Mitchell and his team clearly know what they are doing - we had complete confidence in everything from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I had been planning the renovation of the 35 year old downstairs bathroom for quite some time and the final piece of the jigsaw was to find the contractor that would turn the plan into reality. Mitchell came to view the job, discuss requirements and furnish me with a quote at the exact times he said he would. Nothing I asked for fazed him and he was completely professional and approachable throughout the whole process. Once the quote and a start date were agreed, Mitchell met me at the suppliers to select the actual items and no detail was too small for him to discuss. I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Mitchell and his fitter Mario arrived on the dot at 8am the morning the work was to start and that punctuality continued throughout the project. There were some minor issues with deliveries but the group WhatsApp enabled these to be reported to Mitchell who sorted them with absolutely no fuss at all. Mario’s work was exceptional. He was diligent, amazingly neat, tidy and clean. His attention to detail was most impressive and the finished shower room is beautiful, due in no small part to Mario’s work ethic and experience and Mitchell's organisational skills. You will find that Aquasmith are not the cheapest but this project proved to me that you get what you pay for and I cannot recommend Mitchell and his team highly enough for bathroom installations or renovations.

We cannot recommend Mitchell and Mario enough. They did the most brilliant job renovating our bathroom. Super efficient, speedy, and the bathroom looks lovely. They really cared about the finished result and Mitchell’s advice was always on point and much appreciated. We had an unexpected leak after they had completed the work (not their fault) but even on a Sunday they were immediately in touch to sort it out and had it fixed that week. 100% recommended!

We were so happy to find Mitchell and his team to do a bathroom renovation for us. Previously we had a small, cramped and badly ventilated showerroom. We wanted a bath/shower (for impending baby) and a new window to improve ventilation, as well as full refit. We were also on a very tight timeline which Mitchell and team accommodated. Mitchell was reassuring, knowledgeable and upfront from the outset with a very reasonable and clearly broken down quote. He and his team worked incredibly hard, putting in late evenings and Saturdays to complete the work on time - which they did. A group WhatsApp really helped with clear communication throughout the work and we were consulted about a couple of minor unplanned additions to the quote before moving forward. We paid exactly what we were expecting to. The guys doing the work had real expertise - great problem solvers with very high standards for all aspects of the project, and did not hesitate to call to ask our views or preference. They also worked with our bath equipment supplier to ensure the chosen products fitted properly. We love our new bathroom - finished to an extremely high standard and is by far the nicest and most well-finished room in our house. Would not hesitate to recommend!

We are delighted by our new bathroom ! The project was well planned within budget, Mitchell is an amazing manager who gave us a lot of advice and respected our requirements. We had a couple or orders mistakes that were fixed very quickly. Also some plumbing discoveries below the floor that were also fixed efficiently. Jacek is a fantastic bathroom fitter, very tidy with attention to details. We highly recommend Aquasmith, and will certainly hire this company again in the near future to refurbish a utility room and guest toilet.

I had someone lined up to renovate my bathroom and he would go for months with no contact, or had an issue with where by bathroom was from, etc. Mitchell was recommended to me by a friend. The process was so easy from introduction to completion. Communication was excellent, and everyone was so reassuring. At times I thought there was a problem, I was told no, everything is fine, smiles and reassurance and my bathroom looks and feels amazing. I'm still in awe of having a real bathroom! The work was very clean, respectful and I could go out to work feeling safe. Mitchell had a great team with Jack who quality controlled everything. This is the 2nd time I have engaged Mitchell of Aquasmith to totally refurbish a room for me. In January this year it was my bathroom and this August/September, it was my 30 year old kitchen! The results were exactly the same, absolutely stunning work to an incredibly high standard. Started & finished the project on time and with the minimum of mess & fuss. Jacek left everything neat & tidy every day before going home, which was very much appreciated. Working with Mitch and his team was an absolute pleasure. We needed to refit our family bathroom and were impressed with Mitch's knowledge and ideas for the layout changes. We had a quote quickly and everything was documented clearly so we had no surprises when the work started. After some research, I invited Mitchell from Aquasmith to quote for replacing my bathroom. I immediately felt at ease with Mitchell, he was very professional and helpful with various suggestions and options for the work. Although his quote was not the cheapest, I decided to proceed as I had confidence that the work would be completed satisfactorily; I am pleased to say that I do not regret that decision and I am delighted with my lovely new bathroom. Mitchell assisted with the purchase of the new fittings, which was much appreciated and saved me a lot of worry over what I needed to buy. The fitter Jacek was not only extremely good at his job, he was also punctual, courteous and tidy. He worked very hard to get the job completed within the quoted timescale, dealing with electrics, tiling and painting as well as the actual bathroom fittings, in a bathroom with uneven walls and a sloping ceiling! The standard of his work is excellent. An issue with the wrong bath being delivered (beyond Aquasmith's control) was dealt with swiftly so that it did not delay completion. I would have no hesitation in engaging Aquasmith again.

We moved into our current house 23 years ago and the first thing we said was "we must do something about that bathroom". It's taken us 23 years to get round to doing anything but the result was certainly worth the wait and all the research that had gone into it. Mr Mitchell of Aquasmith certainly understood what we wanted and offered excellent advice followed by first class work and a timely completion. Highly recommended and I would certainly use Aquasmith again.

I recently got my bathroom renovated to a high spec. Prior to work done, Mitchell brought me to select tiles and products for the toilet. While he was there he gave me all the advice I needed. Mitchell's team were very professional and extremely friendly. I happened to be away on holiday and the team were in constant contact with me throughout the work and took pictures for me on their progress. They took care of my home and ensured everything was tidy after. Mitchell also helped me get things refunded for things which I didn't need anymore and also additional leftovers. The price may be slightly higher than others but you know you will get quality especially with a company that has been around for so many years. At the end of the work, the team surprisingly gave me a free squeegee. I thought it was a really genuine nice touch which I have never encountered. Well done to the team.

We've recently had our rather antiquated bathroom completely refitted by Aquasmith. From the outset, and throughout the whole process, Mitchell provided invaluable support and guidance, helping us to balance the aesthetic and the pragmatic, ensuring that the project resulted in exactly what we wanted. He was able to substantiate our design choices and inform us of the limitations of certain aspirational ideas, providing realistic lead times for materials, and helping us to manage deadlines. The actual work on the bathroom itself was carried out by Mario, who is the most skilled, conscientious, and helpful tradesman I've encountered. Invariably, owing to the age of our house, and the imprecise nature of its construction, there were numerous challenges that needed to be overcome in order to create a flawless finish. Mario was able to solve all of the issues that the house threw at him; tapering walls to straighten tile alignment and accommodate large thermo-regulating controls; moving waste pipes to ensure the floor remained totally level etc. He would discuss every single solution with us to ensure that we were happy with the approaches, and I'm certain that without his level of knowledge and craftsmanship things wouldn't have turned out as perfectly as they have. There was so much support throughout the whole experience, and I think the most reassuring aspect was the trust that was built with Mitchell and Mario. We'll definitely be using Aquasmith again.

Aquasmith have completely refurbished my 90 year old mum's bathroom so that she has an accessible shower and a bathroom that works as a whole. From the outset Mitchell was helpful and friendly and highlighted issues we needed to think about - we went to a number of specialist companies and although their advice was useful in clarifying what we needed in terms of accessiblity, they could not match the balance of practical know-how, flexibility or value for money from Aquasmith. Throughout the process we felt well supported - from checking ideas and coming up with a design that would work, through the choosing of the fittings that would work best for her (with good prices), linking in to other works that were needed to facilitate, and utlimately on the job itself where the work was done in the expected time, despite challenges, and with minimal mess (which was cleaned up completely at the end) even though space was at a premium. Everything was done to budget and within the agreed timescales. The bathroom is extremely small and my mum was anxious about managing the change from what she has been used to, but she is very happy with the outcome and so are we. We are very glad we chose Aquasmith.

We received very good support in helping us select tiles bathroom furniture and fittings before the work started. The team that Mitchell, the owner of Aquasmith, assigned to the job were polite, courteous and tidy. There were a few issues that occurred during the installation, one which resulted in a delay to completion, but this was due to a problem with one of the supplied items. My wife and I if asked for a recommendation for bathroom fitters, would have no hesitation in recommending Aquasmith. If I was being mean I would only award 4 stars, but as the major issue was outside of their control, and communication over all the issues was excellent so 5!

I'm absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. From the initial visit to completion of the work, including all the rubbish and waste being collected and removed, everything has been completed on time and to an exceptionally high standard. I feel like I now have to renovate the rest of the house to bring it closer to the standard of my bathroom. Old bathtub, shower, basin, tiles, panelling and WC were ripped out with the walls fitted with plasterboard as necessary and freshly tiled with a large walk in shower installed exactly as I wanted it. Mitchell took the time to understand what I wanted and the fitter, Jacek, worked extremely hard and patiently in a tight space and on some extremely hot days to deliver a beautifully designed and installed bathroom that exceeds my very expectations. I'm delighted with the result and highly recommend this contractor.

This was the fourth job carried out for us by Acquasmith, the previous ones all being bathroom work. It involved the stripping out and complete replacement of our kitchen. Mario carried out all the previous work, so we asked for him again. As before, he carried out the work to a very high standard, and did his best to make the whole process as stress-free as possible for us. Likewise, Mitchell again supervised the work, and his calm, pragmatic manner helped the job go smoothly, including sorting out a few issues with the kitchen suppliers.

Aquasmith transformed a bathroom covered in mold with dangerous rotten floor boards into a beautiful, efficient, immaculate bathroom. Front start to finish, I was able to consult with the team at any time, was assisted in the necessary purchases, the scheduled date was met, and all done with a quiet professionalism.

Fully fitted new bathroom. Aquasmith was super helpful right from the get go in terms of design considerations. Managed to get a slot to get the work done within a relatively short period of time. Very easy process of ordering materials and the work was done on time. We had a bit of additional work we wanted doing after the bathroom was finished, and Aquasmith was really helpful in getting that sorted. The work was carried out exactly to the agreed schedule, and we now have a fantastic bathroom - stepping into it is always a pleasure. At the outset, Mitchell went through the design of the bathroom with me in detail, advising me on the range of products that was available and would fit the room. The work started and completed on the agreed dates and there were no surprises in the invoice. The fitter, Jacek, was courteous and friendly, with an extremely strong work ethic. Throughout the job, he kept me informed of what was happening, and checked out critical details - for example, which way the shower door should open (my initial preference would have left it crashing into the WC!), location of toilet roll holder, etc. The work was much less disruptive than we had expected. Jacek vacuumed chippings, dust, etc as he went along. After he left each afternoon, there was no indication except the carpet protector of the work that was going on - the house was immaculate. The rubbish was all removed on the final day as agreed, without a trace left. We thoroughly recommend this company.

Converted my dated bathroom to a bright modern walk in shower as requested. All work performed promptly and to a high standard in the expected time frame and budget. They were very clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the service provided by Mitchel and his guys and there was good communication throughout. Aquasmith were excellent from start to finish. Mitchell came to see me within two days of my initial phone call to discuss my plans and advise on what was and was not possible and the best way to achieve it. He emailed an estimate to me the following day and I was able to accept and fix a date straight away for the work to start. Mitchell kept in touch and gave me a catalogue to choose the type of equipment I would like, as well as a link to a website for tiles. He then brought me some samples of possible tiles I had chosen and confirmed with me the bathroom furniture and equipment he suggested based on my choices. These were then ordered, to be delivered to me the day work was to start. The work started on time and the two fitters, Michael and Chris worked very hard and efficiently the whole time, always being considerate and keeping me informed of their progress, asking where I would like certain items fitted and offering suggestions and help. The house is old, the bathroom small and narrow, and plumbing required a considerable amount of work, as well as walls needing to be completely stripped back, a false wall added and the ceiling removed and replaced. They achieved all this with a minimum of fuss and to a very high standard and I would certainly recommend Aquasmith one hundred percent.

Aquasmith were recommended to us by neighbours, and we were delighted with the service provided. Mitchell made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He kept a close eye on the job from start to finish, and helped us choose the best fixtures and fittings for us (accompanying us round the showrooms when we made our final choices). He ironed out any issues without delay, and responded by phone/email by return. Billing was transparent - the project was brought in on time and to budget. Mario, who did the work, was polite, courteous, and went out of his way to cause as little disruption as possible. He even hoovered the stairs each afternoon before leaving! Aquasmith have provided us with a nice, new bathroom. Mario did all the work on his own, everything from removal of old bathroom and tiles to installation of new elements, tiling and electrics. He did all of this in a very calm and well organised manner, explaining each step and how long it would take. He was also very careful about cleaning up after his work. All old installations were piled in our driveway and removed on time, as promised. All work was done in the expected time frame and within the agreed budget. We might have needed a bit more help at the beginning with ordering items, but the workmanship is a good standard and we are very pleased with the result. Communication with Aquasmith was easy, and Mitchell responded instantly to all questions.

Cannot recommend Aquasmith more highly. Mitchell attended on site & not only provided a detailed estimate but made recommendations & highlighted possible pitfalls from the off. Once booked, the team were prompt on site from 8am every morning & they worked solidly to complete the job to the highest possible standard. Aquasmith have just fitted two bathrooms for us, one after the other. I have been very impressed by the experience from the very beginning. Mitchell came to do the survey and provided a detailed quote very promptly, and was very helpful with advice and answering my many questions. The communication was superb throughout. The bathroom fitters were cheerful and hard working and very tidy. They were very patient and happy to deal with my last minute requests and all of our nit-picking over details. There were a few unforeseen complications on the job but they were all dealt with with no drama. The work has been completed to a very high standard of workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aquasmith and having heard that they also do kitchens will no doubt be calling them back for a quote in the future!

I am very happy with the refurbishment of my small bathroom by Aquasmith. Helpful guidance on product selection from Mitchell, who also co-ordinated with the various suppliers on an appropriate delivery schedule, through to the actual installation which was carried out to a high standard, and with care and consideration. A minor snag post installation was dealt with promptly, efficiently and without fuss. All costs were agreed in advance and the project was completed on time . A trouble free experience and the re-configured bathroom is everything I hoped for.

Aquasmith completed a total refurbishment of my en suite shower room in 5 and a half days, on budget and in accordance with the initial quotation. They installed an entire new shower unit, toilet and vanity/sink unit together with tiling for walls and floor. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the work itself was conducted with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the household. The entire experience of dealing with Aquasmith was extremely positive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering having a new bathroom or shower room.

Booked them for a new bathroom. We were very worried about so many factors early on, but from the very beginning they responded to any questions and concerns we had. They made sure we were very happy with everything and that we completely understood all that was involved. They were very efficient, courteous and hard working. The quality of the work was incredible, we are so happy with the result and smile every time we enter our new bathroom. It was completed earlier than they expected which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding, if they felt something wasn't right they flagged it immediately (e.g. I had a wrong part, they flagged it rather than fitting a part which they knew I didn't want). Having been let down by other bathroom companies we approached Aquasmith. Mitchell organised a site visit and detailed quote very quickly. The quote was very competitive and we were able to arrange for work to start in a few weeks. We have had every room in our house renovated during the last 3 years and have worked with dozens of tradespeople. I'm struggling to think of one better than our bathroom fitter Mario. He was VERY punctual, polite, informative, hardworking and tidy. We were pleasantly surprised by both the speed and quality of the work. Aquasmith refurbished our bathroom and WC and the service was excellent from start to end. We had a good idea of what we wanted, which we talked through with Mitchell when he came round to visit. He had some valuable insights, which we incorporated into the design, and also suggestions of where to get the equipment and floor tiles. Mitchell then provided a detailed quote for each room, detailing the work done and the cost (split out clearly between the different tasks). He came with us to the plumbing supplies company where he helped us choose the products and make sure we were getting things that worked in the limited space we had. The work itself was done to a very high standard and exactly as we had discussed. Maciek was really friendly, diligent and nothing was too much trouble. We’d chosen and ordered the wall tiles ourselves separately, and they took longer than expected to arrive, but Aquasmith were very flexible and worked round this. This meant the job took a little longer than we it would have otherwise, but that was entirely our fault. The communication throughout from Mitchell was excellent. We are delighted with the end result, and the cost was exactly as set out by Mitchell at the outset. I would highly recommend Aquasmith, it was a pleasure working with them.

We used Which to get in touch with three traders, and eventually chose Aquasmith which we never regretted. Mitchell is a highly professional manager who entirely understands the relevance of good customer service. He us informed from start to end, found a convenient start date for us, and regularly visited us while the work was done to resolve any issues arising. He also gave us advice in the bath store and the tile shop, which was very helpful, and one of the pluses that distinguishes Aquasmith from the other traders approached by us. What he charged for this additional service was fair. He also provided transparent and detailed cost estimates, including expenses for additional goods and services. Overall, we believe that the final price was competitive. The fitters were courteous, punctual, and very competent, completed the job to a high standard, and left everything in a tidy state. Moreover, thanks to their hard work, they even managed to completed before the scheduled end date. We would definitely consider them for future work.

All the work done on my bathroom refurb was excellent. Mitchell oversaw the whole process and the work done by Maciek and Jack was excellent. Aquasmith did a great job with our bathroom upgrade. Overseen by Mitchell, the project was handled professionally from day one, starting and finishing on the expected dates. Aquasmith stripped out our old shower and installed a new one, tiled, with a built-in recess. The work included new downlights, an extractor fan, new vanity units, sinks and taps plumbed in. The old shower had been badly installed, resulting in leaks and a failure of the waste water to drain away properly. It was clear that the guys – Maciek and Jak – knew exactly what they were doing, fitting and sealing the shower tray and door as it should be. The finishing was excellent, with great attention to detail. They also reconfigured the drain-away pipework and now there is no build-up of water in the tray. In doing this, they discovered and fixed a further leak from our bath. The guys always arrived on time, were clean and highly efficient workers and tidied up at the end of every day. There were a couple of minor snags that emerged afterwards but these were sorted quickly and without any quibble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aquasmith to others.

I used Aquasmith to completely refurbish my rather cramped bathroom, from strip out to final details. I used WHICH to find 3 traders but Aquasmith were my first choice and I'm very glad of it. From first contact to finish Mitchell, who manages the projects, was very good at communications, giving me a firm start date, measuring up, suggesting design options and making sure every thing they and I needed was ready for then. He even took me shopping for the fittings, tiles, units etc., 3 hours well spent pinning down everything from the toilet type to the look of unit handles. They started on schedule and kept me fully informed about what was happening and when. The budget was competitive and the fitters J and M were excellent professionals, tidy, polite and very skilled. My bathroom now has a stunning luxury feel and can't praise them enough. We had a couple of small issues with parts, and a delay thanks to my water supply but issues were resolved quickly and the aftercare is excellent. I cannot praise Aquasmith enough. Mitchell was with from beginning to end. He was with when I completed the order with the plumber's merchant, spotted some errors in the order, corrected them and asked for trade price. Mitchell was with me when I order the tiles and asked for trade price. He also returned the unused tiles and obtained us a refund. The builder used were Jack and Majciek. I would describe them as perfectionists as is Mitchell who oversaw the works coming by regularly. If you are required to think on the spot, make decisions and are not sure what is the right thing to do then my advice is to lean them, trust them, they wouldn't steer you wrong. Not for either of them the easy quick solutions, but rather the aesthetic and standards is what dominates. When the works were completed, I was reluctant to use the bathroom. All I wanted to do is just look at it. To think that we should be the custodians of something so beautiful. I hope to call on them again in the future. We hired Aquasmith to do a complete refit of a our main but quite small bathroom. The guys were professional, hard working and arrived on time each morning. They took care to cover the carpets as they worked and cleared all the waste away once they were done. Mitchell also called in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Their work was to a high standard, with a very good (and straight!) finish on the around 1000 wall tiles we were installing. The price we agreed was fixed in at the start so it meant we didn’t pay more when some things took a bit longer than expected - the house is over 100 years old but they dealt with a number of challenges really well, even going the extra mile to straighten out a wonky window. There was a small issue initially with the fit on the toilet waste but they were more than happy to come back to make sure we were 100% happy with the work. We would definitely recommend.

The guys arrived on time every day and were extremely polite and friendly. They worked hard every day, but at the end of each day they cleaned up the work area, hoovered, put tools away and even washed up their cups! I was recommended to Mitchell Harris ( Aquasmith) by a friend of mine who used them to refit her bathroom. I wanted to install a walk in shower in my bathroom. His fitters arrived sharp at 8am and completely covered the floors, stairs and carpets to protect them. They did a fabulous job, were a pleasure to have around and were extremely clean and tidy. Mitchell and his team did a first rate job of ripping out our old bathroom and installing a modern shower room. It now looks like a Bathstore showroom. Mitchell helped us design and select the most appropriate fittings and the installation guys kept us involved at each stage to approve what they were doing. Mitchell called in regularly to give us an update and to monitor progress. The whole thing was completed in about half the time we expected, even though they met several unforeseen snags in our nearly 100 year old bathroom. None of the snags phased them and they just got on with the work. Highly recommended. Just a last thought, the installation team cleaned up each day and the final finish was excellent.

Ours was a fairly complicated job. We had a separate toilet and old bathroom on the first floor of our house, which we wanted to combine into a larger single bathroom. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Mitchell's guys knocked through the wall, tore out the old fittings, fitted the new plumbing and electrics, tiled and installed our shiny new bath furniture and fittings. Every time they encountered a problem, they addressed it with a minimum of fuss. The bathroom now looks amazing - everything we hoped for, and more. I found Aquasmith in Which?trusted traders and they really are a find. They converted my bathroom into a state of the art wet room. It was done to budget and one day less than was quoted. There was a little snagging which was done late on a Friday night, Mitchell stayed with his team until the end to ensure that everything was done perfectly. The company were excellent! In this rather challenging time for my family due to someone being disabled we had to renovate the house. Mitchell Harris was highly professional but also incredibly sympathetic and sensitive to the emotional situation of the project. Aquasmith were one for 6 companies that we had come to the provide a quote for us; though not the cheapest he was BY FAR the most honest, professional and highly skilled company we choose. The company took extra time to work with the Council Occupational Therapist to ensure that the wet room and bedroom fitted our requirements and needs (for both able and disabled members of the family). Mitchell also took it upon himself to research new and suitable fittings and fixtures for the renovations needed. We had extensive work done. All our meetings and email communications were open and clear with the new requirements of a disabled wet and bedroom room (I will also add he replied very promptly!). The workers were outstanding never taking a lunch break and arriving early and completing the work earlier than the expected deadline. The final product was outstanding!. I cannot praise the company enough that - with Mitchell Harris project managing the job - it made our lives easier so we could focus on our recent family situation. Mitchell and his team tackled our en suite bathroom first and we chose to have them back to do our main bathroom several months later - which is perhaps all you need to know! Both bathrooms were 20 years old so needed total refurbishment including floor/wall tiling, new sinks/loos/shower/bath, some electrics, ceilings. Mitchell cares about the end result as much as you do, he gives lots of great advice and guidance which you should take on board, and his team work like Trojans and are very nice to have around and leave the place tidy. Mitchell is a straight forward guy who has an excellent team working with him. They are very hard working and got through the job efficiently and very speedily. (New kitchen, 2 bathrooms, new heating and electrics, ee plastering, flooring etc) As well as the good quality of the job, most importantly they still answer my calls, and finished off the little bits and pieces at the end whilst most builders seem to disappear once the job is done. The team are polish & Lithuanian and have a great work effort. Not all of their English is great, and some of them are very 'straight' talking - but I liked that. They pointed out my mistakes and offered to correct them which is great. There is always an English speaking foreman onsite or easily available by phone.
