From his first visit, Neil was open, honest and gave us advice which proved to be true. We have had our whole bathroom replaced. We could not be more pleased with the result. The quotation proved to be accurate and the work was completed on the quoted date as promised. During this time Neil was always friendly and thoroughly professional. We feel that we have had a money's worth during this Installation. There are not many professionals like Neil these days.

Following recommendation by neighbours and on site meetings to discuss the project we opted to employ Neil Chance (Aquaspark). His attention to detail at the planning stage was reflected in the very precise quotation. Neil started and completed the project exactly in line with his estimate (3.5 weeks) His quality of work was to a very high standard. There was no "cutting corners to make do" At each stage of the project he kept us informed and discussed any issues as the appeared. He respected our property by laying down sheets and clearing up daily. He wore shoe covers when necessary. We are delighted with our new bathroom and have no hesitation in recommending Neil to others.

It has to be said that we were dreading having the work done, but Neil and Adam fitted our new bathroom, and whilst repeating what many have said before I am going to anyway, the standard of workmanship is excellent, their attention to detail, politeness, consideration, and respect for our home is to a level rarely found these days. Should we have a need for future work, we will not hesitate to use their services again.

We have just had our ensuite renewed. From start to finish everything has been done to a high standard. Neil and Adam (tiler) worked well together and were very professional at all times. Any issues were discussed with us and sound advice given by them to ensure we got the best out of the work. They arrived as promised everyday and put in a full days work. They cleared up each day and were very tidy throughout the process. My wife and I built up a good relationship with them both over a short period of time and we won't have any hesitation in using and recommending them again for further electrical, plumbing or tiling work. It is always a worrying time when trying to find honest good working traders but in our case it was a great decision made. We came across AquaSpark whilst looking to have a bathroom and cloakroom refitted. How lucky we were to find Neil and his team. Honestly, I was dreading having the work done, all the mess and dust and insurmountable problems. I was so wrong - that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Neil was meticulous both with his work and his respect for our house. Everything was carefully cleaned, tidied and put neatly away at the end of every day. It was a pleasure to come home from work and be greeted with positivity and progress. Nothing was too much trouble, and the issues which arose, of which there were a few, were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. The end result was fantastic, we are thrilled and would highly recommend.
