I have no hesitation in recommending Neil (AquaSpark) after the fantastic quality and workmanship he delivered on both our en-suite and main bathroom. Neil spent lots of time helping me design the space we were working with and then in selecting the products that would suit us best. He was always professional and personable in his approach and was extremely respectful of our home. Neil’s attention to detail is amazing, he makes sure everything is perfect. The whole process from design to installation was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with the finished results.

I am delighted with the superb job Neil did on my shower room makeover. His experience, knowledge and attention to detail was evident throughout the process, from initial inquiry, quotation, and execution of the work. The job involved a strip out, part plaster boarding, new stud wall, plastering ceiling (by Gary & Son), ceiling painting, LVP flooring, tiling (by Matt), fitted furniture, wc & basin, alcove shower with door, towel rail, lighting, shaving point and extractor. Furniture and plumbing items were provided by MPH Merchant, where Lexy was most helpful. The job started on time and was fully completed in the 16 days estimated, without overrunning. Neil was friendly, courteous and professional throughout. He has great skill and expertise in hands-on work, and also in organizing and coordinating to make sure all the elements and trades come together to bring the project to completion on time and to the highest standard. It was reassuring to know from the start that I was only dealing with Neil, as nothing had to be re-explained to a third party. He was always highly communicative, punctual, tidy, careful, and respectful, and considerate of both me and my property. Neil has contacted me since to ask if everything was OK, which it was. He went on to give assurance that I could contact him if I had any problems later. A big thank you to Neil for an excellent job done. I would not hesitate to give Neil my highest recommendation to those seeking to have similar work done.

We have used AquaSpark (Neil) for electrical work in the past and was very pleased then. Neil gave excellent advice and as before was very neat, tidy and showed great attention to detail with the lighting he fitted around our garage. I have no hesitation in recommending AquaSpark. Neil installed a new main bathroom suite for us as well as the downstairs bathroom and we are incredibly pleased with the results. Neil is extremely knowledgeable and professional to deal with, was extremely careful with our home during the works and an absolute pleasure to work with. We could immediately tell from the communication with invoices and quotes, the amount of planning and attention to detail that went into the installation that Neil is very well experienced, for example all the walls were appropriately tanked to ensure futureproofing, all walls were reinforced to support the floating units and the heavy towel rail, a lot of planning went into the optimal positioning for the tiles he ensured all electrical works were carried out to standards, tested and certified. Neil also gave us lots of advice on the installation too, as well as being patient with our requirements. I can't recommend him enough, we now have a feature bathroom that exceeded all expectations.

Neil Chance of AquaSpark has completed two projects for us this year, firstly an en suite/shower room refurbishment and secondly, a completely new bathroom installation. Both projects were completed on time, within budget and to our complete satisfaction. Neil is a conscientious perfectionist who magically transformed two tired and dated shower/bathrooms into two inviting and aesthetically pleasing places to enjoy an invigorating shower or alternatively, relax in a lovely warm soapy bath. He always takes the time to communicate with the customer to find out what they really want, plans and stage manages the project with almost military precision, advises on any potential problems and supplies a workable solution. His skills do not stop at bathroom fitting and plumbing, he is also an accomplished electrician who can confidently navigate his way through existing wiring and circuitry problems if they arise. His timekeeping is impeccable, and he is highly respectful of the customer's property all the while he is present.
