Cannot speak too highly of Neil and Adam, this is not the first time that aquaspark have done work for us, and just like the first time the finished job is excellent. Great attention is paid to detail and nothing is too much trouble. Each day the place is left clean and tidy and I would not hesitate to have more work done by them should I require it.

I needed to get a seized stop cock and cold feed gate valve replaced and a new ball valve for the cold water tank plus a new kitchen mixer tap so called Neil for a quote. His prices were reasonable but I had to wait about a month due to him being very busy. I was prepared to wait as he had been given such praise by others. He called me when he was free and sorted everything out for me. His prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.

Firstly, I would fully concur with all the comments made by previous reviewers. Neil and his team of hand-picked craftsmen deliver incredible results in a thoroughly professional and courteous manner. Neil is the type of tradesman who he would want to complete work in his own home, which is why his service is outstanding. We had our main bathroom and a small cloakroom refitted. The existing room posed many problems such as double layers of tiles stuck to the walls with concrete which proved almost impossible to remove. Neil and Adrian came up with ingenious solutions to problems encountered. We also had ceilings lowered, a loft ladder installed and various electrical systems brought up to date. The additional work was carried out to the same exacting standards as the 'normal' bathroom refit. I can say without any doubt that Neil, Adam and Adrian are the most professional, personable and competent tradesmen I have ever employed. I would whole-heartedly recommend Aquaspark to anyone who seeks the best!

Neil completed a total reconstruction of our bathroom. The bath and existing shower were removed and a new shower, shower boards, vanity unit and toilet were installed. In removing existing goods, a number of unexpected problems revealed themselves. Neil was quick to tackle the problems and find solutions. His workmanship is exemplary. We needed to replace the existing floor and were informed of the additional cost at the outset. The Tiler, Adam did a first class job of the new tiling and of replacing damaged wall tiles. Neil and Adam worked together as a team to find solutions to difficult problems and always kept us informed of their decision making and reasons. I cannot recommend Neil highly enough. It was like having an easy going friend about the house, who was always respectful. He has an almost old fashioned attention to detail, very refreshing! If you want a top job, meticulous attention to detail, clean workspace and a stunning finish, then you have found the right people at Aquaspark.

We asked Neil to carry out a refit of the downstairs cloakroom plus a number of other plumbing (eg, replacing taps/plug units) and electrical (eg ceiling lights, PIR) jobs. Neil turned up on time, worked most efficiently, kept us informed regarding the work, and carried all work out to an excellent standard. We were extremely impressed with Neil's work and his efficiency, and would therefore happily recommend Aquaspark without hesitation. Should the need arise, Aquaspark will be top of our list for any further plumbing or electrical work.

Neil came highly recommended and based on the extensive work he did for us, we have absolutely no hesitation in giving Neil and Aquaspark the highest recommendation. Neil visited our home and talked through our requirements for each job, making suggestions and discussing design and products. He has excellent professional and product knowledge and helped us decide what we wanted. The works included new showers, sinks and vanity units, retiling work, new lights and extractor fans in all rooms and a loft light. Neil provided detailed quotes, timescales, dates of starting/ finishing and included these for other tradesmen such as a tiler and plasterer and these were all accurately reflected in the final invoices. Due to the extensive nature of the job, Neil worked in our home for a total of approximately 2 months (in 3 separate chunks). He was extremely reliable and arrived at 8am prompt each morning and worked through until around 5pm. He is an extremely tidy tradesman and consistently displayed respect for our home for example by extensive use of dust sheets, wearing shoe covers, vacuuming up after himself, etc. Neil is extremely professional with a friendly manner, hugely knowledgeable and takes a proactive approach to solving problems even where these are due to previous defective work by others. All the work Neil undertook for us has been completed exactly as we wanted and finished to a very high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
