Arbiter completed extensive repairs to 100 year old pebble dash render and coated the entire house in Andura Classic 21 textured coating. The work was completed as agreed in 7 days over several weeks, allowing for drying of repairs and unseasonable wet weather in May. The quotation was by far the most reasonable we received. Even though the repair work required was more extensive than anticipated no further charge was ever suggested. Our experience of the service from Arbiter was outstanding from the outset to the conclusion of work. Bill Newbiggin struck us as trustworthy from the beginning and proved to be so throughout our experience of him and his team. He did what he said he would do in a timely manner without cutting any corners. The resulting work has had a transformational effect on our large detached house. Arbiter coatings have transformed the look of our house for the better. Before they worked their magic, our house was covered in 60-year-old Tyrolean rendering that was cracked and patchy. Now, the walls are crack-free, smooth, and contemporary-looking. Their price for the work was the most competitive of the three companies that quoted and the standard of work was first class. Bill and his colleagues were skilled, punctual, polite, tidy, and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone.

We accepted his price but then "lock down" intervened which prevented the start of work.
