Associates Roofing Partnership is a team of roofers based in Hertfordshire, who work together to keep you covered.

Between our roofers, we have a collective experience of 60 years in providing professional roofing, construction, and customer service.

We believe many people waste time and money having to endure unreliability, and subpar work when choosing a roofing contractor. Having to experience bad roofing makes people feel unsafe and causes them to lose hope.

People feel more at ease when they have a roof that is both secure and reliable. A roof installed by our professional team of roofers can ease people’s concerns and keep them covered for many years to come.

I am very disappointed by this company. Called them to fix an emergency leaking roof... the water was coming through my spotlights in the kitchen. I have young children and I did not feel safe them using the switch to turn the lights on. This company charged me £1200.00 for the job which I paid for once the job was completed. 2 weeks later it rained and the leak was still there. Rang the company, they sent one of their staff who found where the leak was coming from straight away. And the job that was done had nothing to do with the leak. After many phone calls and sending a video of the leak... Simon finally came out and agreed the leak was not sorted out... asked him what he quoted me for first time… he said “those jobs would have needed doing in the future“. I did not call them for a future job quote. Simon said the job will need doing and that I will be charged again. I waited a month, no communication. Finally I emailed the partner and still I have not had any communication back from this company. I would not be able to save that much money again so soon to get the roof done. I have covered the roof with a tarpaulin hoping it will keep the rain from coming through. My advice keep away from this company. Feel devastated as a parent I am letting my children down knowing the danger they may be in and I can not do anything about it.

One of our directors did email you back, Firstly to thank you for your feedback and advise you that the matter was being looked into. This was followed up with a second email, which clarified the timeline and actions taken. When we initially came out to your property, you were advised that the roof had not been correctly installed and this was the root of your problems. You explained your situation and we agreed to work within your budget and try to repair it in the best way we could, we did this, on more than one occasion. We also advised you that we could not guarantee any of these repairs, as we were working on someone else's work, which in this instance was not up to standard. We have emailed you to say that we are willing to try one final repair, free of charge as we are sympathetic to your situation, but we have not received a reply. Please feel free to call the office to discuss this matter further.

as a general building contractor we do a lot of loft conversions and ground floor extensions ARP have been doing all our roofing work for the past 6 years, we are extremely happy with the level of service, they are alway on time and the quality of work is great. It is very easy to communicate with them and to get a good understanding of the process we would highly recommend ARP to anyone who needs roofing work done
