Aston Cord has recently completed work on a bathroom refit (removing existing fittings, installing new bath/shower and sink) and the team has done a fantastic job. We had the pleasure of working with Steve and Martin on the project, both of whom we have worked with previously on another bathroom refit. On both occasions we have found the Aston Cord team to be absolutely brilliant - professional, patient, personable and producing exceptional work! We go to Aston Cord for all of our plumbing related jobs and never hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know!

I needed to find a plumber to fix an outside tap on my daughter in law’s house in Egham. As I live in Suffolk, I needed someone I felt I could trust to do a good job. Aston Cord were very prompt in talking to me. They provided a quote quickly and came across as Personable and helpful. The job was done quickly, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy after the job. My daughter in law felt the plumber was great as he turned up early, which she was very happy about, and was very pleasant. The invoice was in order. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

We called Aston Cord on the morning as our boiler went down. They travelled to two separate suppliers to collect the necessary parts at no added cost just so we could have our heating and hot water back on before we went away on holiday. This was the first time we used Aston Cord but i can promise it will not be the last! Highly recommended.

I have been using Aston Cord for all my plumbing since 1990. The latest occasion was to fix my malfunctioning boiler. The service was up to the usual high standard, very efficient and no hidden surprises regarding cost. It took less than an hour to fix and the replacement part needed was carried by the engineer.

On a very cold day in November our central heating pump "expired'. Phoned Jason at Aston Cord who promised to ring back which he did within an hour. He then arranged for one of his engineers to attend the same afternoon. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we had a fully working central heating system back on line the same afternoon. Excellent service and we are now a regular and very satisfied customer of Aston-Cord. This company is highly recommended

I rang Aston Cord and they told me their costs etc. and arranged a next day visit to us. Their plumber rang to advise that he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in about half an hour. He gave me lots of advice about the boiler etc. And the cost was as advised. Will definitely use Aston Cord again, I was very satisfied with the service given by them.

We had a problem with our boiler which was making a funny noise, the first time Aston Cord came to look at it they couldn't find anything wrong. However a 2ns visit they found the problem and repaired it. We are very happy with service - it was quick and the trader was very clean.
