Aswad UK is an electrical maintenance and repairs company based in West London.
We cover West, North West, and Central London.
All of our electricians are fully qualified and have extensive experience in carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs to domestic properties.
We also have extensive experience of working with letting agencies and landlords.

I contacted Aswad to have an in-line fan replaced. He was helpful in assessing the situation, sending a member of staff to check whether I actually needed a replacement at no extra cost. The work was then completed on the agreed day, with a quick and well-done job despite a very tricky installation. I found dealing with Aswad easy and straightforward, and his staff polite, thoughtful and skilled

We are so pleased to have found Aswad. We found out that we had reversed polarity across our sockets in our house, which is very dangerous. Once Aswad had come to the house he made recommendations on what we should and should not do until he was able to fix the problem. Because it was such a dangerous situation he managed to do the job the next day. Also, because Aswad was worried about us he came out to look at the job on a Sunday which was appreciated. Aswad and his colleague were super polite, helpful and kept me informed of the work being done and he did a few other jobs to make sure we were up to safety recommendations. Everything was completed in one day. We now have someone we will call on in the future. Highly recommended, based on our experience.

Polite, punctual, cleared up afterwards, competitive estimate, kept to estimate, didn't pad with unnecessary work. Work done only 7 weeks ago, so a bit early to be wholly confident but nothing has gone wrong so far. Work done: checked wiring, replaced consumer unit and 2 ceiling lights, added 2 smoke alarms and boiler fuse.

Aswad is very curteous , punctual and an excellent electrician. His work was on schedule and on budget. I would definetely recommend him. The works carried out by him were a Consumer unit upgrade Regulation BS7671 July 2020. Kitchen Living room ceiling light and light switch replacements. Also issued a Landlord Electrical certificate.

We called Aswad to repair our ceiling flickering LED lights. He came out on a Sunday, was quick to identify the fault with the dimmer switch, he already had a replacement with him, so it was all repaired very quickly and now works well. We will definitely use his services in future with any electrical issues.

Very pleased with Ali's work: moving a ceiling light and fitting a new pendant light; moving a few electric sockets; fitting under cupboard lights. Ali was prompt with quote and in completing work and excellent at communication throughout. Some of the tasks turned out to be much more complicated than we thought: I was very impressed at Ali's tenacity and creative problem solving, visiting on several more occasions to give us the outcome we wanted. Also very neat and tidy. Knowledgeable, helpful, reasonably priced, friendly and professional, I would would highly recommend him.

Aswad was extremely helpful when I rang him in an emergency, gave sound advice over the phone and we scheduled an appointment. He was on time, clean and tidy and carry out the work in a methodical manner explaining to me what he was doing. The problem was sorted and safety checked and a minor electrical installation works certificate produced. The price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use him again and am happy to recommend him.
