Azzurri Electrical, a family-owned business with over 20 years of electrical experience. Based in Leighton Buzzard.

Excellent work and friendly service

Libby had already helped sort out a tricky lighting situation so I asked him to come and fit an ev charger. He is very passionate about what he does and this came across when he was with us. Both Libby and Francesca are very knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble to explain. After testing the installation Libby was not fully satisfied with the results and came back another day to replace a part free of charge. He and Francesca also answered some queries that I had about overnight charging. Libby also arranged for an engineer from National Grid to call as he was not satisfied with the incoming electricity supply and felt it needed to be checked. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended.

Azzurri Electrical video door camera and security light installation.

Libby from Azzurri Electrical arrived on time and ran through what he intended to do with regard to the video door bell and security light installation. All work was done as agreed with all wiring hidden from view. He also helped set up the Ring video door bell and ring chime so all was working as it should. Same for the PIR sensor on the security light which was soon all working as it should. All working as it should and I’ve now subscribed with Ring in order to save my video door footage. Very happy with Libby’s quality of work and would use him again for other electrical work. Thank you.

Azzurri Electrical came to sign off minor electrical works which was done by our Kitchen installer. We found Azzurri to be very efficient on the first initial visit as they found a error on the installation which instigated a full electrical survey of our residence. Libby wanted more information regarding the property, which he went about very efficiently and requested UK PN come and inspect the readings on the electrical meter. We thought Libby went above and beyond what was required to ensure our home was fully protected, and our new kitchen was fully signed off correctly. We have since requested Azzurri to return to do smaller jobs for us, and again everything was done quickly and effectively. We would recommend Azzurri as a trusted trader.

Full safety check done and new fusebox add, so many odd jobs done, but all done to a high standard. Always on time and worked very quietly, even left the house so clean we didn't need to get the hoover out afterwards.

An unbeatable team

We asked Azzurri to quote us for installing a car charger at home and we’re so impressed with Libby and Francesca that we didn’t even consider getting a quote from anywhere else. Francesca replied to us the same day to arrange a visit and during the course of the next few days told us what to expect during Libby’s visit, gave us information on products beforehand and reminded us the day before he was due to arrive. Libby was equally impressive during the quoting process. He is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and was fully transparent about what he might need to spend. At the same time he is relaxed and not trying to push a sale at all. We were so impressed that we talked to him about some future work as well. The work was faultless, in fact we got more than we asked for. As well as doing a very tidy job on the charger, he fitted a small safety feature free of charge on our board. Not strictly necessary but just to be compliant and safe. As it happened, we spent slightly less than what was originally quoted because after triple checking Libby was satisfied that some of the existing cabling was up to standard. What impressed me the most was that unlike others, the communication was first class. It did not stop at the first appointment, or securing the sale, or even having done the work and received payment. Francesca and Libby are a great team and we will 100% use Azzurri from now on.

Andersen EV charger installation

Libby installed a beautiful Andersen EV charger at my home. He and Francesca walked me through the process answering any of the questions that I had making the installation a breeze. Libby was always punctual, carrying out a high standard of work and taking the time to "make good" after the fitting. When I unfortunately had a hardware fault with the unit. Francesca and Libby went above an beyond to make sure I was back up and running as quickly as possible. I can highly recommend using Azzurri Electrical for the installation of your EV charger.

Seamless Zappi Installation

From start to finish the level of service, attention to detail and advice given on EV chargers from both Francesca and Libby has been superb. Emails and phone calls were always followed up and no matter how many questions were asked about the process, certification or installation, nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone at Azzurri. Costs were always fully itemised and if Libby was able to make a cost saving he would. Installation by both Libby and Francesca was carried out as promised and all follow up documentation was received in a timely manner after completion. Even when we experienced a problem with the Zappi’s housing, MyEnergi sorted it very quickly and Azzurri was chosen to carry out the repair work, which again Libby completed to a high standard. Overall I am very happy with the level of service provided by Libby and Francesca and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Azzurri Electrical to anyone wanting advice on or the installation of an EV charger.
