I have had an EV charger installed at my home. I wanted to go with a local company and found the other reviews helpful. From my initial contact to installation it has been a seamless experience. The customer service from Francesca has been exceptional. Excellent communication and advice from start to finish. Each step was explained and very responsive to any questions I had. I knew exactly what was happening and the timescale. Libby completed the installation along with Kuda. Both were very professional. Libby took the time to provide advice on charging at home and away from home too. I am very pleased with my installation and very grateful for all the advice I have received from start to finish. I highly recommend Azzurri Electrical.

I cannot fault this trader. First it’s the fastest response we’ve had in forty years at this address. Libby arrived within four hours of our first request. He then set to work immediately, installing a replacement fountain pump through a tricky through-the-wall installation. A second visit was made to install a roof-height front drive security light. After some time up and down ladders, he was unsatisfied with the performance of the light and returned two weeks later with another light, again taking considerable time to check that it was operating correctly from all approach angles. Libby has charged only for the second light and certainly not for the length of time spent. He is an extremely conscientious trader who certainly has my recommendation as a satisfied customer.

Extremely pleased with the work carried out, kept informed when going to start, arrived and just got on with the job! Kept informed with what was being done, work completed on time and to a high standard. Very happy with the cost of the work carried out.

We employed Libby to provide us with an electrical installation condition report for our large detached house. there were a number of defects that had to be corrected and we ended up making a number of improvements. Additional work included upgrading the fuse box, adding new spotlights and running power to the shed at the bottom of the garden. I cannot speak highly enough of Azzuri Electrical. Their professionalism shines through and I would recommend them for any electrical work.

Azzurri Electrical were highly impressive from just the first site visit. Libby spent two hours discussing our needs and electrical issues and even testing circuits. We had already decided on a Hypevolt 2.0 electric vehicle charger which is small, neat and has great features. On Libby's advice, we also had an up to date consumer unit fitted, meeting all the latest edition regulations and providing better individual circuit protection. We also had the unit moved to a much more accessible position in the garage. It was a lot of work, but at last we have a properly commissioned and labelled home consumer unit. In addition there was work done to rectify decking / garden and conservatory light circuits, additional sockets in the garage, replacement LED strip lights in the garage & shed instead of old fluorescent tubes. There were also issues in the loft now all sorted. Libby and Francesca were very thorough and nice people to do business with. Knowledgable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We also get the appropriate NICEIC installation certificate and Building Control Notification. We were hightly satisfied with Azzuri Electrical, from initial visit to job estimates, to fitting and clearing up. Highly recommended.

Libby carried out an EICR at my home. All work was done very professionally, and it was very clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. An EICR is never straightforward, a lot of unforeseen problems can crop up but these were always thoroughly investigated, diagnosed and resolved. Highly recommended.
