Tudor, Catalin and their team completely refurbished our kitchen, involving strip out, new eco boiler, rerouting of services, a new fuseboard, new flooring, new units and white goods and associated electrical works, lighting, plastering and decoration, the work took 4 weeks starting in June 2025 and we are delighted with our new kitchen. Tudor provided a detailed estimate, which was competitive with another quote and the final cost was on target with the addition of variations that we had agreed and asked for. A WhatsApp group ensured regular communication and quick decisions. The team were punctual, hardworking, friendly and highly skilled and cleaned up work areas diligently at the end of each day. Both Tudor and Catalin are quick to suggest solutions and the best route to buildability, as well as matching specification to our budget. There were one or two minor items outstanding at the end of the works which they came back and completed as we had agreed. We would definitely use Tudor and his team again and recommend to others.

From our very first meeting with Tudor Bratu, we had a good feeling about working with him. We were absolutely right, Tudor, Catalin, and their team of craftsmen have been truly excellent. The 3-month project entailed a complete re-jig and rebuild of our apartment. The work started on time, finished on time, and bang on budget. A daily photographic update was sent to us, as we were abroad, showing each stage of the work. There was a great communication setup through a WhatsApp group, enabling us to stay in touch from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the BT Projects team, and we feel genuinely lucky to have found them. Their work is of the highest standard, and their ongoing advice proved to be invaluable. BT Projects, led by Catalin delivered an exceptional bathroom renovation experience. Catalin and John demonstrated professionalism from the initial measurement visit through to the final installation of a delayed sink unit. They accommodated our start date requirements and maintained clear communication throughout the project. During construction, the crew consistently arrived on time, worked diligently, and showed respect for our property. They returned immediately for a couple of minor snagging points. I found the whole process to be very easy from getting the quote to arranging the job. I found Tudor and his team to be brilliant. The work Alex did was remarkable. They were clean, punctually and did a fantastic job on my bathroom.

The work involved a complete refurbishment of a bathroom in a flat. Tudor is very experienced, and provided helpful advice and a detailed estimate. HIs work is exceptionally neat and high quality, based on what is best not what is easiest. Progress was efficient and continuous with no delays. Communication was excellent with messages and status updates via a WhatsApp chat. The refurbishment was completed promptly and in accordance with the estimate. Carpet protection was laid in communal passageways and stairs and all was left tidy every night and at completion.

Stefan was with us day to day and he has done an amazing job - he has been a pleasure to work with. The team are super polite, tidy and fast. Their attention to detail and level of skill means the job they have delivered is exceptional. They genuinely care and work hard to make sure that every detail is perfect. There was good communication throughout the job and they did everything when they said they would. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should I need further work.

Tudor and his team, Gatalin and Alex have done us proud. Gutted old bathroom and installed a bright and modern upgrade. Polite and very respectful service that oozed class and experience. BT Projects undertook a complete renovation of the bathroom - removing and disposing of everything that was there before and installing new bath, shower, shower pump, sink, toilet, cabinets, tiles, floor, window blinds, shelves etc. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were organised, polite, tidy and protected the carpets and other furniture by covering everything up before they started work as well as vacuuming every evening before leaving. The finished work looks great. It is neat and careful, with good attention to detail. Catalin and John made sure we were consulted on every decision that needed to be made (e.g. colour of grouting, exact location of shelves and shower controls, etc). There were hardly any fixes that needed doing after they'd finished (just some really minor paintwork adjustment) and they rectified it really quickly. They also went out of their way to help when one of the cabinets arrived with the wrong shaped drawer by making and fixing a replacement bottom to the drawer, even though the problem was not their responsibility. The price was reasonable and the job was done on time and on budget. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Tudor and the team were so professional throughout talked us through everything. The work was of an exceptionally high standard and we were more than pleased with the whole experience. The BT Projects team we excellent throughout the entire fitting. The team worked with us to stay in budget and on the day were punctual, worked fast to complete the project and have left us with a high quality bathroom that we love. I would definitely work with BT Projects again and 100% would recommend.

We contacted Bt Projects earlier this year to provide a quote for a new kitchen. Tudor visited us and sent us a detailed and competitive quote which we accepted. Works started in mid-October. His team carried out a thorough preparation including laying protective sheeting on all floors leading into the kitchen, even setting up a temporary cupboard space in another room so we could prepare food and make tea/coffee etc while the works were ongoing. The sequencing of works was project-managed very successfully, with the appropriate technical skills brought in at the right time. Our new kitchen was installed with new white goods, along with a new wall radiator, the specification of which had been helpfully advised by Tudor. The team also installed a new rear door and covered step into our garden. Tudor’s team are hard-working, respectful, tidy in their work and cover the full range of skills including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and general fitters, all project-managed with advice provided on timescales and other specific issues. The work was completed to a high standard and within budget. There were one or two minor delays towards the end of the works, but nothing of any real significance in completing what was ultimately a very satisfactory project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bt Projects as a professional, knowledgeable and friendly company to work with. We are now looking to engage their services again next year to install a new bathroom and shower.

Tudor, Catalin, and our builder Attila from BT were the team behind our Foam and Bubbles bathroom renovation - they completed the work on time and to a high standard. Attila who was there every day tiling and building was neat, polite, friendly and indefatigable. The BT Team listened to all our concerns when real world circumstances didn’t always match with the concept design and worked to make adaptations to the design to fit our space, and the quirks of an old house. The plumbers and electricians also turned up on time and did the work required so that things could run smoothly. We’re happy with our bathroom and their attention to detail and flexibility.

B T Projects renovated the bathroom in the house, changing the location of the toilet and installing a walk-in shower and cupboard to house washing machine and dryer (previously in kitchen). The work was delivered to the agreed schedule and budget. I chose B T Projects because they were a local firm. After contacting them, they came round and advised on the best configuration, given the space. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, advising on housing the washing machine and tumble dryer which I though was a great idea. They also ensured the work could be done when I needed. After fees were agreed they put me in touch with bathroom designers who created designs in accordance with BT Projects configuration and my preferences, in terms of colour and style. All went smoothly and items were delivered during the week that preceded the work. When work started, BT Projects covered the flooring in the hall and up the stairs for protection. All the various workmen who attended, for plumbing and electrics were polite and professional. The main workman who did the carpentry, tiling and installation was very thorough, dedicated and consulted me at every step. There were one or two plumbing issues that arose but these were addressed promptly and without fuss. In summary, I was very pleased I chose BT Projects for this work and have no hesitation to recommend them. They are a great team. I am looking also to do the kitchen at some point and will go back to them for this work.

BT Projects undertook the job to renovate our family bathroom. This involved stripping out the old bathroom and installing all aspects of the new one. The team was prompt, smart, polite tidy and considerate of our living space. Work was carried out to the highest standard and to the timeframe established at the start. We hired BT Project to refurbish our bathroom at the end of March. They were very punctual every day and they delivered the job in the agreed time with no extra cost from the quote. BT staff are very helpful friendly and professional. The job was completed at very high standards and we are very happy about the results. We liked the fact that they kept us involved in every step and made we were happy with the outcome. As in any project, there are issues but they proactively fixed any problem with professionalism. From the initial meeting, to the start of the project, during it, to completion and the snagging - Tudor provided a remarkable service. At our initial meeting Tudor listened, answered all our questions and was truthful with our expectations. Tudor and his highly-skilled team all conducted themselves professionally were courteous and respectful of their surroundings. I was also impressed with the preparation before the work commenced all surfaces including floors were protected ensuring everything remained as is on completion. When the project was complete there were a few aspects that could not be dealt with immediately due to delivery lead times. Tudor made sure that as soon as the items were delivered the work was completed to our satisfaction. True to his word and an exceptional service even after the project was complete. If you engage in a project with Tudor expect expert technical knowledge, high end finishes and comfort in knowing all technicians are fully trained and skilled in their individual fields. It was a delight to deal with BT projects and I would highly recommend them.

BT Projects carried out a new bathroom installation for me, installing new equipment, tiling and decorations. I was highly impressed by their professionalism from the start. Key points from my point of view were the following :- 1. They started on the agreed date and completed on the agreed date. 2. The bill I paid was exactly the sum on which they had quoted. 3. The quality of the workmanship was very high down to small items of detailing. 4. Areas trafficked or used for keeping tools/goods were fully protected from damage not only in my flat but in the common areas of the block. 5. Disposal of refuse was properly managed so as not to inconvenience me or my neighbours. 6. Communication was maintained through the job and my occasional question were answered quickly and accurately. On the evidence of this experience I would not hesitate to recommend this outfit to friends contemplating similar type of work.

Absolutely excellent experience with Tudor and his team at BT Projects who renovated our two bathrooms. Both bathrooms were finished to the highest standard and on schedule. The whole team were extremely professional from start to finish, offering advice and guidance where needed and sourcing products for us. Pricing was transparent, with no surprises at the end. Special mention for our fitter Stefan who could not have been better or more helpful and patient with us while we made up our minds on details. Totally recommend this company.

Two bathrooms completely stripped and remodelled. The finished product is exactly what I wanted, with professional workmanship and attention to detail. Work was completed according to the agreed schedule and to my budget. I could contact Tudor or Catalin, second in command, at all times. The team was professional, patient with my requests, working quickly and always mindful of neighbours. Official certificates were provided. They tidied up and vacuumed every night, before leaving. Tudor spent time and effort advising during the planning stage. They consulted my preferences while building. I completely remodelled a bathroom in a previous property and know that aftercare will be excellent. Any problems, they are there immediately. You can rely on them to do a professional job. In other words, I can't recommend BT Projects too highly.

Bt Projects (London) Limited have just finished renovating our house in North West London and from start to finish, they have been simply superb! The team are: knowledgeable, skilled, personable, reliable, punctual, honest, tidy and worked tirelessly to complete the job on time. Throughout, Tudor and his team approached our project with utter professionalism and were a delight to work with. I've been an interior designer for twenty plus years and during that time, I can honestly say, that I have never worked with a building firm that provided such an excellent service. Tudor and his team were absolutely fantastic and I must recommend them to anyone who is considering a bathroom refurbishment (together with Foam & Bubbles who designed the bathroom). Our bathroom was extended (by knocking down a partition wall, pushing out the existing door and re-plumbing) and we now have a walk in shower and beautiful freestanding bathtub. They completed the work on time and to budget. They were responsive and engaged throughout the process. Everything was left tidy and safe at the end of the day (we have young children so that was great). I have been thoroughly impressed.

After an excellent experience with the redesign and fit of my kitchen in 2021, I decided to ask Tudor to refurbish my main bathroom and a small shower room. Once again, the project was managed to time and budget by Tudor with a highly competent core team of Atilla and Catalin. The plumber, electricians, plasterers and other trades arrived promptly so there were no delays. I am delighted with my new bathroom and shower room and have had many compliments on the end result. One thing to mention, is that when issues arose they were always dealt with promptly and effectively following conversations with Tudor. He always delivers quality.
