Tudor and his team completed a complete bathroom removal and replacement with a wet room. I am very pleased with the results, the bathroom looks amazing. I found Tudor himself to be very professional, helpful and always responded to any queries I had very promptly. When a local builder let me down I used the Which trusted trader reviews to select B T Projects (London) Ltd based on the reviews and am extremely happy that I did so. On meeting Tudor and discussing my plans for a kitchen refurbishment which also involved creating an understairs cloakroom and laying underfloor heating in two rooms, I felt his Company would be a good choice given his professionalism and responses to my questions. From day one Tudor and his brilliant team worked to deliver everything I asked for to time, budget and quality. Without exception, they were friendly, helpful and considerate and picked up on issues and sorted them quickly. I’ve never had such hardworking, skilled tradesmen in my home. They also gave me great advice through the decision-making process and when they left everything was finished including the painting, refitting blinds etc I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

We chose BT Projects because they have so many 5 star reviews on here and now that we have worked with them I can see why. They rebuilt our kitchen/dining room - knocking down walls to make an open plan room and remodelled the kitchen and back of the house. Tudor (the owner) always picks the phone up when we call, answers texts really quickly and is always helpful and friendly. It's such a rare thing when working with builders and it makes a huge difference. The thing that most impressed me and made me feel at ease was that Tudor and the team always prioritised quality. They want to do a good job and are proud of their work. There were a few opportunities when they could have cut corners but they didn't, they made sure that the work was high quality. They paid attention to making sure the rest of the house was sealed up from the work and making sure that they cleaned up after themselves. Building control and the structural engineer both commented on how well they had sealed the rest of the house up and that they had taken extra care to cover our wooden floors. Our neighbours mentioned that they moved vehicles out of the way without being asked and made sure to keep common areas clean and clear. They are hard working, considerate, friendly people whose focus is on doing a quality job. We were very happy with the work and the experience we had.

We have just had a downstairs toilet and a complete new bath/ wet room fitted by Tudor and his tradesmen. We could not be more pleased with the standard of workmanship and advice we were given. All of the tradesmen were excellent and cleaned up as they went along then vacuumed again at the end of day. I would like to mention Stefan in particular who was exacting and precise when he carried out most of our work. I have no hesitation in recommending BT projects (London ) ltd., to anyone, a first class team. Thanks to all of them.

Tudor’s team were fantastic, I used them to install a bathroom and also to remove and replace my roof terrace deck with composite decking. They worked swiftly, resolved issues quickly, undertook a few extra jobs I had without complaint all whilst delivering an exceptional high level of craftsmanship. A team of true professionals I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Tudors team worked tirelessly and really went over and beyond to deliver a perfect bathroom for us. They were observant of wearing masks in our house which put my partner and I at ease. They are the cleanest company I’ve worked with and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves daily and did a major clean after the completion. I massively recommend B T Projects for anymore looking to have work done in their house. The project was delivered on time and to the agreed budget.

We decided to purchase a new bathroom via Wickes who then sub-contract the installation to BT Projects London so we didn't actually choose them as our installers. However, whereas Wickes left a lot to be desired by failing to provide most of the delivery (meaning we had to source last minute ourselves), BT Projects London's work was exemplary throughout. The care and craftmanship of the team, particularly John, and led by Soren was second-to-none and whereas we could have had a bathroom nightmare due to Wickes, these guys really saved the project. They went above and beyond and supported us when we were really struggling with Wickes issues and were punctual and consciousness workers throughout. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and will be getting a quote for a kitchen renovation in the future!

Were recommeded to us by a neighbour (always a good sign). BT Projects fitted and tiled a new bathroom for us. Couldn't fault them. Communication is prompt. Quality of work is very high. They dealt with setbacks like failed deliveries and unexpected pipework and took it in their stride with no complaints. Cleaned up behind themselves everyday. I had a wonderful experience with B T Projects, my interactions were with Tudor, the MD. Tudor is the most professional, responsive and communicative person you can imagine. This makes it so much easier as I was not able to be on-site during the refurb (rental property). Tudor's quote was reasonable, and he had a lot of great ideas about the refurb, as I was at a bit of a loss at the beginning. He clearly gets it, is very experienced, and was able to lead me towards choosing the right materials and fixtures at an appropriate budget. I found this was really above and beyond the service I've had from others, where they were waiting for me to make decisions that I wasn't sure about. Tudor really went above and beyond answering any questions at all hours by Whatsapp. The work was done exactly on time, to a very high standard, on budget and the final result was stunning. My tenants can't quite believe the bathroom transformation. I couldn't be happier, and I recommend B T Projects to anyone looking to work with a true professional.

Tudor Bratu and his excellent team at BT Projects fitted a new bathroom for me in February 2021. I just cannot praise this company enough. Communication, workmanship, reliability, cleanliness. It was all absolutely top quality and so clearly run and staffed by people who know exactly what they are doing with no hanging on and no time wasted. I must particularly mention Stefan, who worked so hard and so precisely, and Sorin, who came every day and ensured that everything was running smoothly. Even when I changed my mind about a couple of things along the way, such as grouting and paint colours (which must have been frustrating for them!) they understood the situation, treated me sensitively and re-did things for me just as I requested. Having had a bad experience with a failed building project in the past which ended up in legal action, I am a naturally a rather nervous customer - but BT Projects made me feel very, very safe from start to finish. Very good, competitive price, too. All very transparent with no hidden extras. I will definitely return to this company for other projects in the future and feel lucky to know them. I have told all my friends and sent them all my photos. Tudor Bratu is building a terrific business. He deserves every success and it doesn’t surprise me at all to know that he is in the running for awards. Massive thank you. I am delighted with my beautiful bathroom.
