From start to finish, we could not have been more pleased at having chosen Back2 Market. The friendly, polite and courteous team didn't have the easiest job, moving us from an unusual cottage, plus us having far too much stuff! At the new house, there were many stairs, yet although they must have been exhausted after two days of lifting and manoeuvring heavy furniture, there were no complaints from any of them. Their packing was excellent, plus they were skilled at moving our good piano. We were so grateful to each of them and would highly recommend their business and professionalism. I have moved many times in my life and Back2Market stand out as the best removal firm ever. Thank you to you all - moving is horrible but your team made it as good an experience as it could possibly be!

We were so pleased we choose Back2Market ., they made our move go very smoothly, we had their packing service as we were moving from a large property with many out buildings, the worked extremely hard and were very courteous at all times. There were 6 men for our move and they all were very polite and friendly and worked until the job was done which was late on both days. We cannot fault them and would definitely recommend them to others

Several months ago I was recommended to ask Back2Market to clear my Mother's House before it was sold, since she has moved permanently into a Care Home. There was a frustrating delay in the sale and therefore the clearance, but this didn't seem to trouble Paul and his team at Back2Market in the slightest. With only a week's notice and having advised us to take anything of potential value to an independent auction house, Back2Market started on a supposed two day clearance process. In the event they completed the work efficiently in half a day, leaving the empty house clean.............and all for a more than reasonable price. I couldn't be more grateful or impressed.

First class service. The team arrived dead on time, and worked really hard to clear the contents of my late mothers bungalow, including garage crammed full of rubbish. A dirty and unpleasant job, carried out professionally and in good time, leaving the house in very good order. Cost came in exactly as quoted. Would highly recommend.

We asked Back2Market to quote because they are a Which Trusted Trader. The quote was more expensive than the alternative but far more thorough and professional. Dealing with them before the move was easy and pleasant. On the day of the move, 8 men arrived in 4 small vans to pack and load. They took exceptional care, were competent, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. On the day of delivery 6 men came to unload, again very efficiently. They accommodated our requests very happily and offered to take a van load to our storage unit. We were very pleased, and recommend them strongly.

Back2Market did an absolutely excellent job of clearing and tidying up a house full of junk and mess and leaving it empty and tidy. Paul and Claire were helpful throughout and the tricky process of dealing with the situation from 200 miles away was problem-free. Clear photographs were provided to show the excellent work done. The job was completed on time and at the agreed price.

The team are super friendly, were able to accommodate a short notice requirement to store our possessions for 3 weeks and twice dropped us in more flat pack boxes in the run up to our move. Strongly recommend.

Back 2 market packed and stored our home contents while we had to wait for our new house to be vacated. All was professionally packed and boxed, then off to storage for the duration. We had a little holiday to ease the wait. Lol. On completion day the removal guys came prompt and ready for action. They all worked so hard and 100% professional. Got recommended Back 2 Market by Lacey's estate agents (Shula). From the moment Claire came to quote to the day the removal people came I could not have asked for more from them all. After a traumatic house sale/Purchase Claire nurtured us all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble. The packers came the day before and whizzed through all our belongs. By 4pm all was packed and off to the storage until we could move into our new home. I have moved a few times over the yrs but Back 2 market did us proud. The whole team worked so well together and even went through the house checking for the things we had forgotten. 100% not only recommend, but would defiantly use again.

Back2Market recently cleared my mother in law’s house. The house had been empty for 12 months and the sales process took forever ! Paul Beddow came originally to see what needed doing and give us a quote. He gave us great confidence in their ability to do what we needed. Despite a number of last minute changes to the clearance date, often at short notice, Claire Beddow was helpful , flexible and very efficient. The house was eventually cleared last week and they did a great job. We would definitely use them again.

Met Paul from Back2Market when tasked with house clearance pre sale completion of parents home during lockdown. 100% impressed by professional, friendly and reassuring approach to not only clearing very messy house but also double garage & shed full to roof height with Dad's years of hoarding! B2M also packed and moved Mum's belongings to Oxford storage seamlessly. They then completed clearance professionally, efficiently and with respect for my parents belongings. The team left the property clean and secure ready for new owners and all completed on time (in fact earlier than expected) and for the price originally quoted. We have used Back2Market to pack us up, store our belongings for a few weeks and then deliver everything to our new address. We would highly recommend them, Claire and Paul have been very accommodating as we had to constantly change dates. From the moment Claire came to quote for removal I knew we were in safe hands. Everything was explained clearly and I felt really assured that nothing would be overlooked. Our move was tricky in that dates kept being changed which was frustrating but Claire went above and beyond to help us get our move done.
