I needed 2 or 3 little electrical checks and fixes. I phoned up booked an appointment within 7 days. The electrician turned up on time. He was polite, helpful, quick and clean. I needed a new boiler and obtained three quotes and chose BHC. They were very quick to attend my premises to ascertain what I needed and responded quickly thereafter. Both members of the team seemed very knowledgeable and answered my queries. Fitting time was arranged very quickly and they arrived on time on the specified day. The work took up most of the day and when they left there was no mess to clear up! Very professional, very efficient and I have no complaints. I would recommend them every time.

After a now defunct company had botched the installation of an air source heat pump in our home, BHC was the only company we could find who were willing to put things right for us. Throughout our dealings with them, they showed in depth competence, thoroughness and a clear concern for our wellbeing. It was a pleasure to have the installation team in our house. Now we don't have to face another winter with no proper heating!

Problem with hot water, contacted BHC for the first time and next day engineer turned up, he didn’t have a spare valve so another engineer was dispatched with valve. Very professional and tidy. Would have no issue recommending them as the first port of call for any heating/boiler-related issues.

They are always proactive in arranging a prompt visit at a time of day that suits us, during covid they are being very customer aware and remarkably thorough in hygienically cleaning anywhere they have touched. We needed a power flush to our 30-year-old central heating system. Although this was recommended by our service contractor, I could not get a date for the work to be done. I saw Bayley's advert and thought I would give them a call. On that day, a date was arranged for an engineer to visit and check out what was required. By the next day, I was sent a quote which was £300 cheaper than my other quote and included a replacement pump. As soon as I accepted, I received suggested dates and the work has now been done. The engineers knew their job, got on with it quickly and efficiently, were very polite and tidied up after themselves. Very impressive. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Boiler needed servicing emailed and got an appointment a few days later on a time and date convenient to me. The gas engineer was friendly and informative and even looked into the expiry dates of our carbon monoxide monitors while he was here. He also took the time to explain a few things about our boiler and higher pressure gas supply we have etc. Will definitely be using next year.

I called BHC to correct a problem we have with our boiler flue Matt their engineer called the same day to inspect what needed doing, within one week we had the estimate and within days the work was carried out. Matt and his apprentice arrived at 8 a.m. set to work and got the job done quickly quietly and efficiently and they were polite considerate (my husband was blind and with a dog) they left everything neat and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending BHC they were excellent and I will most certainly use them again and no hesitation in recommending them to friends. Thank you

I’ve called BHC out on separate occasions for different faults with my boiler. The remedies were not obvious but BHC methodically eliminated potential sources of the problem until it was solved. -Punctual -Polite -PPE conscious Cost effective;- they have not taken advantage when revisits have been necessary.

Baileys have always been so professional, friendly and complete works to the highest standards. I have had works done previously, where they managed to fix a problem we had for over 3 years, after having numerous companies out and still being left in a freezing house, I found Baileys, who came out and didn?t quit until they had fixed the problem, they even checked in over the following weeks to make sure all was still okay! Recently I had 3 new radiators fitted but had a last minute leak the night before they came, when they arrived in the morning they quickly located and fixed the leak for me too! Nothing is ever too much hassle, they?re also very clean and tidy when working! I wouldn?t use anyone else and highly recommend them to everyone!! They are so trustworthy and really reasonably priced!
