We hired Banstead Construction in September 22 to complete renovation works and knock down an internal wall to open out living space. Keith and his team were professional and courteous throughout. They were also very mindful that we had a 9 month old and were living in the house at the same time. At the end of every day, everything was cleaned and was left in a tidy, liveable state. Workmen were punctual every day and the work was finished in a timely manner and to a very high standard. We are extremely happy with the work. Their communication was excellent and we felt involved throughout the whole project. If you are looking for a honest, reliable, well skilled building company, I would highly recommend Banstead Construction.

I would highly recommend Banstead Construction. 1. Scope Fitted kitchen installed, existing door bricked up, new patio doors, new garage door, new fuse board, and electrics tested. 2. Quality Work performed to a very high standard. Any challenges faced were discussed, options presented with good creative thinking exhibited, and solutions agreed. 3. Communication Helpful morning and end of day discussions. Nothing was too much trouble. Additional work requested and completed in parallel with main work. 4. Resources Business owner very trustworthy and attentive. All tradesmen were highly competent and pleasant to deal with. 5. Budget Completed as per specification with additions costed and agreed. 6. Timelines Took slightly longer than planned due to factors outside Banstead Construction's control. The worktop supplied by a third party fractured slightly when cut so had to be replaced.

Keith and his team at Banstead Construction worked on our 2-storey side and rear extension in the first half of 2022, they have created us a fantastic space and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. We initially engaged Keith in 2021 having bought a property with planning permission already granted and we chose to work with him as we found him very easy to deal with and someone who would help us through the build process and the challenges that would come up. As complete novices we felt supported during the build, Keith is a problem solver and so we were always given different options on how things could work and plenty of time to make small and large decisions and any costs associated. All of the various trades involved are professional and take real pride in their work, consult with you on any decisions to be made and make sure the site is left tidy at the end of day and weekend. We particularly appreciated the way they all pulled out all the stops to get the work as completed as possible, when we found out our baby was arriving a few weeks earlier than expected! We’ve received many appreciative compliments from neighbours (one of whom is a builder himself) and visitors about the politeness of the team, the high standard of the work and the fantastic home they have created for us. We would thoroughly recommend Banstead Construction and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I engaged Keith and Banstead Construction to remove a stone fireplace feature wall, relocate multiple internal walls, remove an old flue, remove an old bathroom suite, and block up a bathroom window. Keith was transparent about availability, timing and pricing from the outset and contacted me regularly to provide updates and discuss any issues. There were a number of unexpected issues and one request from my side that resulted in increased work and costs. In all scenarios, Keith clearly communicated their proposed next steps and and likely cost to me. The team provided their own skip, removed their own waste, and did not mind other trades being on site at the same time. Keith was also very helpful in providing personal recommendations for other tradespeople for subsequent jobs where his team did not have capacity. I would highly recommend Keith and Banstead Construction, and will be reaching out to them again for any building work I need in the future. Overall a positive experience.

We could not be more pleased with Keith and his team at Banstead Construction. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We commenced our build with a five-week-old baby (our choice!) and Keith was so considerate throughout as we lived in for the duration of the project. Site was meticulously clean with all of his team meeting his high standard of professionalism. Keith completed the work on schedule and according to his quote. We were kept well informed throughout as he is on-site daily. Even our neighbours commented on Banstead Construction's work ethic and how impressed they were with the speed and standard to which it was completed. After a collision caused the partial collapse of our garage I issued a request for emergency building work. Keith Morrissey answered promptly and arranged to come the next day. He kept in touch over problems with getting boarding-up materials and was able to make the building safe and secure and remove the rubble by the end of the day. I am grateful for his quick and helpful response.

We used Keith back in 2019 when he worked trading as NK Services with his colleague Nick Paul and prior to setting up his current venture. The work we had done was substantial with the demolition of an existing stand alone garage and utility room and the erection of an internal garage, kitchen, dining room extension and fourth bedroom. The work took five months and for such a large project it was remarkably smooth throughout the period. Keith and his associated trades team were courteous throughout and the work was of a very high standard. Keith is extremely well organised and would always keep us up to date with the work schedule.
