Brilliant service. The wonderful lady who showed us what ranges of blinds they had to offer, the fitter & person who came to measure we're on time and efficient, blinds looks amazing and would 10/10 recommend!

The lovely Paul came and measured and priced up for remote control rollers on my bifolds WOW absolutely love them From start to finish this company is second to none. Paul and the fitters that came are all so polite & friendly Have just had Paul round to measure up for more blinds, and hopefully he will be measuring up for my son's new build soon Highly recommend !!

Had shutters and blinds fitted recently. I am extremely pleased with all of my dealings with Barlow Blinds from beginning to end and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The shutters in particular look fantastic and fitter Paul went the extra mile to ensure I was 110% happy with the job!

I used this company for the first time to service and fit a new fabric to my very old and tired looking wind out garden awning. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very prompt, helpful and friendly service, Came out to show me samples and offer friendly and helpful advice. They then removed and refitted to a very high standard - it look good as new! Had my Kitchen/diner shutter fitted today. Looks stunning. Paul was very professional & left no mess. Not the cheapest but the fact they brought the shutter van meant I got to see all the different styles available and gave me the confidence that this was the right company for us to use. Despite the buildings outer appearance we received first class service from viewing in the tiny showroom, brochures and home visits to fitting. We are so pleased with all three products. We had a garden awning fitted, double blinds and shutters. All arrived in the stated time frame as made to measure, and expertly fitted. Nothing was too much trouble, advice given to help choose appropriate colours and materials. We are both so pleased thank you to all involved including office staff when I needed to ring regarding a query. Highly recommend them.

ordered new blinds for bedroom, ordered on 18 Nov and fitter (Paul M) installed them 01/12/22. look great and Paul was very friendly & took pride in his work. cleaned up afterwards and explained best way to use them. Would be happy to recommend them to friends and family and use them again for any future needs.

My experience with Barlow blinds was great from the first enquiry, easy to make an appointment and didn't have to wait long for the visit and quote. No attempts to up or oversell anything I didn't need. I didn't have to wait long wither for the blinds to made (in the UK) or for the fitters to come out. Paul and Matt came to fit two sets of blinds for me, and were polite, friendly, helpful and very efficient. I'm really pleased with the finished product and workmanship and would highly recommend.

I had a set of Venetian blinds and some INTU Venetians installed in my home by Paul and Matt. Both arrived on time, were polite and professional and completed the job to a high standard with little to no mess or fuss. I am very happy with their work and my new blinds. Cannot thank them enough.

We have just had a very large awning with light bar fitted. Three men arrived and took four hours to fit it. They were very professional and totally competent. There was a slight hiccup which was immediately rectified. At all stages we were kept informed and the fitters were extremely pleasant. I would certainly recommend this company.

Our new blind was fitted on the day and time arranged and was to the price agreed. The young man who did the job was polite and the job was carried out in a professional manner. All mess was hoovered and packing taken away.

Just had my blinds fitted with Barlow Blinds, Paul was amazing. Good work ethics, arrived on time, polite, helpful, respectful around my home, and a perfectionist made a few tweaks just to make sure it looked great and worked well. The service from start to finish have been amazing. I’m a very happy customer, will recommend to friends, family and will return for future services.

Such an easy hassle free process, had Three Intu pleated blinds supplied and installed and they look great.

Whilst the blinds purchased was expensive but of good quality and installation done within a day, just over 3 months out of warranty we had a string break in one blind. On calling Barlow Blinds we were told it's out of warranty and will incur a call out charge of £55 which may not fix the issue. Further I was told it will need to go to the factory for a re-fit which will cost extra. I left my details for a call back to confirm charges. No call back since and I managed to fix the issue myself for just over £3 for some string. It's love to recommend the company but it's is shameful to take advantage of a customer when the fix is so simple and cheap.

Having never heard or dealt with Barlow blinds before I was a little hesitant to use somebody for my project whom I found on the internet. From my initial enquiry, where I chatted with the receptionist, to the surveyor who came out and measured for the blinds and finally, the installers who attended and professionally fitted the blinds. The whole experience from start to finish has been nothing but exceptional. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service I received. I’ve been working to a dead line which I shared with the receptionist - the company went out of their way to make sure the products were installed in the timeframe specified. The product is fantastic and they are one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long while. I would like to pass on my thanks and gratitude to all the staff. I will certainly be spreading the Barlow name to my colleagues in the industry. Many thanks for a job well done.

I had three replacement window/patio door vertical blinds including the tracks. While there was a slight fault with one on the blinds it was identified by the fitter and replaced with no fuss. Everyone I came into contact with from visiting the showroom to the guys fitting the blinds was extremely helpful and courteous. I am really pleased with the blinds which I felt were good value for money. I would have no hesitation in using Barlow Blinds again and have recommended them to members of my family.
