We have had both secondary and sash windows installed in our house. Both of which we have been highly satisfied with and indeed have recommended them to our friends and neighbours who have also used Barnet. The level of service and attention to detail is second to non. We are slowing getting all our windows done and look no further than Barnet each time.

The Barnet Window Company were recommended to me independently by two friends who were delighted with their service. I had a sash window and a bay window installed by them and the process from start to finish was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, the paperwork was presented in a very efficient way, the workmanship was swift and immaculate and they left the place clean and tidy. The windows are really attractive, look just like timber and are well worth the money. I paid considerably more for other windows which are nowhere near as good. Even the man who came to fit the blinds admired them and he's seen more windows than I've had hot dinners. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Jeanne Willis

We've used Barnet Window Company for 4 separate orders now and each experience has been extremely positive. They are a family firm who genuinely seem to care about the customer experience and the quality of their work. Each interaction has been thorough and professional. Very few companies do what they say when they say they will do it, Barnet Window Company do. Barnet Window Company are not the cheapest. But you do get what you pay for and for us, the price differetial was well worth it for the ease of dealing with them and the quality of the work. Tommy is very helpful and there is no overt sales pressure, even to the point of actually talking us down to a solution that was more appropriate for our needs but was actually cheaper. Great integrity. The fitters are great guys. All I think employed directly by the company so there's none of the usual subcontracting nonsense. We had some terrible weather during one install and the guys dealt with it in good humour (albeit with a few more cups of tea!). House was left as clean and tidy as it could be given the nature of the work. What minor problems we had were dealt with swiftly and proactively. For example, one of the glazed units was scratched on delivery from the factory. The quality team had already noticed the issue and had a replacement on order before we'd even noticed ourselves. I would thoroughly recommend The Barnet Window Company.

Barnet Windows recently replaced our back door, and Tommy and the rest of the team provided an outstanding service from start to finish. The quote was slightly more expensive than another local company (although far cheaper than the well known national companies), but the quality was far superior. The work was completed quickly but very thoroughly. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone considering new doors or windows.

A family firm. Came when they said they would, did what they said they would, charged what they said they would! From the first contact you feel you are in the care of a thoroughly professional and highly proficient company. Mine was a 'small' job (new patio doors) so not a huge spend but important to me. This company take time and care - there was no trying to sell me anything beyond what I wanted and they were brilliant from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble. I would use them again and would highly recommend. An absolute gem of a company.
