We approached Beales as ill health had brought our garden project to a halt. Like most people we didn’t have a bottomless pot of money but we wanted to achieve the garden of our choice so we were pleased to find a company willing to work with us to achieve this. It was initially difficult to communicate our vision but once established the team from Beales worked tirelessly throughout the project digging out tons of soil, installing sleeper retaining walls, building fiddly cobble walls and laying beautiful Indian sandstone paths and patio. Particular shout out to Cal who was meticulous in his work even on days when he was ankle deep in mud and lashing rain. We are extremely pleased with the end result and a problem area that was unusable most of the year because of drainage issues, will now be accessible year round. We look forward to planting out and completing the nicer parts ourselves in the coming months. A lesson we learnt is that when commissioning landscaping work it is essential that both parties agree a very detailed specification as minor misunderstandings can have an adverse impact on costs and timescales as can the weather.

Beales Landscaping was recommended by our garden designer. It was a big project to replace 150 sq m of patio, create a flight of steps to a lawn area, build 4 raised beds in a newly surfaced kitchen garden area, build a new driveway apron, construct a paved fire pit seating area, and a wildlife pond and bog garden. Their work is impressive, not least their attention to detail and the ability to adapt a design to find workable solutions. Passionate about what they do, committed to delivering great results, they are a pleasure to have around and we highly recommend.

We found out about Beale Landscapes after they did a very nice redesign of our neighbours’ back garden, and decided to ask them to sort out our very sorry looking small front garden. It now looks great with new edging, slate chippings replacing the old gravel, and all the untidy vegetation tidied up or removed. They were able to start really quickly and worked equally fast, and are a friendly lot. Would definitely recommend!

A complete garden makeover - replacement patio, path, wall and artificial turf. Beales undertook to makeover my garden in 2022. They assisted in designing the entire project and gave invaluable advice throughout. Their work was continually hindered by unexpected problems which were only discovered when removing the original turf and patio. Their expertise ensured a swift resolution to every hurdle. I am 100 percent satisfied with Beales and would thoroughly recommend them.

Our garden was landscaped and levelled. We found working with John and his team a pleasure. They really listen to us and gave us the garden of our dreams. They incorporated ideas we hadn't even thought about, but also were very considerate around what we needed the garden to do for us. The team were polite, on time, really tidied up after themselves and we really hard workers. The finished product itself a very high standard and I can't wait to see the garden grow, And flourish as the plants complement the hardstanding. The project had some challenges in relation to access to our house, but they manage those fine and with good grace. I?m so glad I found John and his team to undertake the work as it was an investment that we hope will give us many pleasures in the years ahead.

We were recommended to Beales Landscapes by friends who had used them a few times in the past, and we are really glad they did. John Chris & Cal did an amazing job of transferring our overgrown garden into something special. We had a new patio, fencing, lawn, summerhouse base, pond, planter, small stone wall, new plants and trellis. They are perfectionists in their work making sure everything was straight and level. Always punctual, hard working (they don't stop from the moment they arrive). They are very passionate about what they do, and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely recommend them, and we have done.

I wanted a patio to enable me to have a place to sit on my very sloping garden, also some very steep steps needed changing to make them safe to use. At the side of my house was some old decking which was too small to use and until recently used a dumping ground. I had very little idea how to go about things but knew I wanted it changed. I also asked for a base for a garden shed. Now all completed, the new lower patio, lovely adjoining steps, a further patio replacing the old decking and a grassy slope made into raised beds with gravel pathways, my garden transformation is simply gorgeous and beyond my imagination or expectations. I was consulted at all times along the way and advised if there was a different or better way to anything I suggested, I never at any time felt pressured. Attention to detail was meticulous. John, Chris and Cal worked so hard and expertly. I would highly recommend Beale Landscaping. I am so very happy with the result.
