After a couple of years of burning gas to barely warm the house up, I took the plunge to replace my old open ended boiler system with a combi, and replace all the radiators. I picked Beeson based on their reputation and ended up being very pleased that I did. The work was completed in 3 days; they arranged to start at 8:00am each day and you could set your watch by them knocking on the door. The engineers were very professional, pleasant and polite, the house was left tidy at the end, and it was done to the price on a quote, not an estimate, so I knew exactly what I'd be paying. The house has been completely transformed and I would definitely recommend them.

A high efficiency a rated boiler to heat your home and provide oodles of hot water is still the way forward for most people. I recently had the annual service to my boiler performed by Beeson Plumming, as they originally installed the present boiler when the old one broke down one cold and dark wintery Christmas Day, Dave Beeson himself came out and brought some heating appliances for us to use until the central heating was back, up and running. Exemplary service above and beyond the norm. As per usual the engineer arrived on time on the day of the service booking and after fitting some shoe covers over his boots, proceeded promptly and efficiently to service the boiler, with no noise or fuss. In fact he was so efficient and quiet that I was surprised by him when he told me he had finished, as I had forgotten he was in the house. Excellent service.

New Boiler

My boiler started playing up - it was 24 years old. Beeson’s sent a plumber to look, due to its age they could not guarantee the fix which was only to be expected as the part was not available. As predicted the fix failed so when I asked the to put a new boiler in - they were prompt and gave me a date for 5 days later. Plumbers were superb, efficient, tidy and so professional. Would recommend this company to any one.

I contacted Beeson Pumbing originally to quote for a boiler repair. David quickly came out to do a site visit and we had our quote through quickly with contact from the team throughout. We got a date for the fix which happened to be the first day of half term, I was worried about how they would manage to work with three kids (and two large dogs!) In the house. But they were polite efficient and it did not phase the plumbers that came on the day of installation. The boiler works perfectly, everything was explained prior to them leaving. We've already asked them back to sort other unrelated problems in the house and had nothing but perfect customer service. Getting repairs to your house is stressful but Beeson's made the process as simple as possible throughout.

Beeson plumbing installed my heating some 15 or so years back and have serviced it ever since. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the office staff or the engineers who will always go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is appraised of any possible future problems and will always suggest a possible solution . Have used these folks for a number of years and found them excellent. Recently had our Ideal boiler service along with our gas fire (which hadn’t been used for a while nor serviced) - their work actually found a substantial problem on the fire and we need a new one. There was a minor issue after the work was done and this was promptly sorted. Would happily use again and recommend

Engaged Beeson P&H to fix a leak from my upstairs boiler. The tech had an accident and was sent off to hospital. Two other engineers arrived within an hour to get the job done. Fitting failed. They immediately stopped the leak and got it all sorted asap. Job fully completed on a Friday afternoon and there was no danger of it not being finished. That show you can demonstrate their level of professionalism. I’ll never use anyone again except Beesons.
