I always use Beeson Plumbing for any plumbing work I need doing. They installed a new boiler for us approx 4 yrs ago and the service was excellent so much so we have it serviced yearly by them. Their most recent visit was to service the boiler and we also had a tap fitted, the work was done quickly and cleanly. All the Beeson Plumbing staff I have met have always been cheerful and happy to help. Would definitely recommend this company.

Annual boiler service completed. The Beesons Technician arrived on time, as always; he looked smart and put overshoes on to protect flooring. He was polite and professional, listened to problems encountered since the last service and started work immediately. On completion of the job he explained what he had done, and the improvement in the performance of the system was immediately noticeable. I cannot fault the work of this Company, and have recommended it to friends and family.

The engineer phoned to tell me that he was running a bit late and what time he would arrive,which was very helpful; (one thing I hate is tradesmen who are late, but don't phone to tell me) He was professional, friendly and efficient and I hope to use the same company for our boiler service next year.

I'm Lost For Words!

During the winter I noticed my radiators where warm at the top and cold at the bottom and knew the time had come for serious work to be done. I rang Beesons and through speaking to Donna arranged a service and a day or two later Kye arrived to do it. I knew I had neglected the boiler and kye showed me exactly was wrong so I thought “ do you know what let’s replace it and the radiators. Kye did a survey and the next day I had an email with a quote which I thought was very reasonable so went ahead. A few days later a squadron of Beesons vans arrived at 08.00 sharp and I made myself scarce. Later on about five, the boiler and radiators where fitted but Thurston informed me the pipes where clogged and needed flushing and that they’ll be back in the morning. 08.00 next day Dave Beeson and the guys arrived back with Daves special micro bore pipe blower outerer! A few hours later mission accomplished. Today 05/02 I had another Dave turn up to service my balanced flue fire. He was here a couple of hours and he said “ all done “. Well I’m not kidding you it’s like a brand new fire! Words failed me, I was going to go out this afternoon but now I’m staying in in front of this beauty! Sorry to go on but I just want people to know the ultimate professionalism every single person put into making my major jobs stress free and like they do at the Oscars I’d like to sincerely thank ........ Donna, Kye, Thurston, James, Campbell, Dave and the main man Dave Beeson .

I had my annual boiler service carried out by Beesons Plumbing and Heating. Excellent service. Kye the engineer found a part that had a crack and the gas pressure was slightly low. Kye rang Cadent who came round and did a thorough gas leak check. None found. The gas pressure was then increased at the meter. Two days later Kye came to fit the new part. People say that Beesons Plumbing and Heating are a little expensive. They may be but you always get excellent service. Worth paying that little bit more. Thank you Beesons Heating and Plumbing.

A guy called Dave from Beeson Plumbing and Heating came to fix my loo which was overflowing after the flush, and do a gas safety check. If ever anyone looked as if they enjoyed their job it was Dave, who's friendly approach and communication skills were second to none. In no time at all he was finished with the loo and went on to complete the safety check. Good job.

Really great with what they did, on the 29 March, they put in new waste pipes outside and sealed the shower case. Previously sorted out our toilet cistern, fitted a new shower. The invoices were clear with what we agreed, they kept us informed all the while, telling us what was happening. It is just nice knowing that you have a company that is reliable and can trust for future work. Tidied up after themselves.

Central heating boiler relocated from downstairs cupboard to false roof. The team arrived on schedule and on time. They introduced themselves and reiterated the works that they had come to do. Following all covid related protocol. They carried out the works in a professional and polite manner. Their workmanship was excellent. Completed the works on time. Created a minimum of mess. I was very impressed with all aspects of works from the first visit. The quotation was competitive, speedy, and concise. Needless to say I would recommend Beesons to any other customers Well done and thank you for a job well done.

LPG Boiler

I don't normally do reviews but being in an area where we are struggling to get trades to our property these guys came to the rescue. Turned up the day they said and on time. A very young crew of guy's but they did a good job fitting our new boiler in the loft, it wasn't the easiest of routes to run the pipework but it didn't phase them. They ripped out our old boiler removed the old flu and repaired the roof. Also, run a gas line in for an LPG hob. All the work was neat and tidy and the guys were respectful. You can't ask much more than that. Definitely would recommend them.

I've had a few issues with my boiler and Covid coming along meant it had been neglected on the service side of things. I spoke to a knowledgeable chap on the phone, asking if I had a baxi boiler, just from me giving the error message I kept getting. The engineer was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He stripped out the boiler, serviced and tested it all and ordered the parts needed for it to be fixed. When he arrived with the parts, there was an issue with the part not being suitable (these things happen anyway). He was straight on his phone to double and triple check if there was a mistake on the order front. He went above and beyond what he needed to do just to make sure the job was done. He also rang cadent to double check if there was a fault on my mains gas (which he was right about). He was absolutely bang on time which is a nice difference when calling a plumber! Thanks Beesons, you've got a new customer for life now.

We had a boiler fitted by Beesons in 2018. From the first point of contact with Dave Beeson his company could not do enough for us. He promptly came out to give us quote and within a matter of days we had a new boiler installed. His employees were amazing and very polite and respectful of our home when they came to do the job. Recently we had an issue with the thermostat and after contacting Beesons and speaking to Mark and Dave they were so helpful and gave us brilliant advice. I would highly recommend this amazing family run company to any one with plumbing needs or issues.

I wanted to ensure a gas fire in the house was safe to use as, although it looked ok, there were no records of any previous checks being completed. Contacted Beeson who were quick to respond and a date was arranged. David arrived in good time and the service was carried out. Every care was taken to keep the floors, carpet, and surrounding areas clean and tidy. The whole fire was removed, cleaned, and checked. It had been overloaded with 'coals' and wasn't burning correctly as a result. It was also discovered the fire was over 8Kwh rather than the 6.8Kwh as stated on the supplied paperwork. Sadly we cannot safely use the fire anymore and it has reached the end of its usable life. Although disappointed with the result, safety has to come first with these things and the fire will be replaced in due course. I have also asked for a quote to complete some additional work and will have no hesitation in using Beeson again.

Delivering the news of an appliance renewal is not what the customer wants to hear ,however ,delivering a detailed examination and collecting the data from the existing appliance and matching this with gas safe regulations is the only option. Ventilation and the exhaust of products of combustion and how the appliance is set up is imperative. You have piece of mind knowing you and your family are safe in your home and the works are carried out by trained qualified competent engineers who have the back up of a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience.
