Had new boiler fitted, and moved into loft. The guys were great, polite and friendly, yet professional. Any question I asked was explained in full, in terms I understood. There was an apprentice working too, the fitter was great with him, asking him questions about the job etc. He was truly gaining experience. They cleaned up after themselves, arrived on time, and stayed all day . Almost unheard of now. Dave (the owner) came round, asked if I was happy with the work, and did I have any questions, or problems. Great work guys.

Gave telephone number and checked reference numbers etc. Recommended a ceramic hob cleaner to polish glass on fire front. Carefully explained how to remove glass.
