We only employ fully qualified gas engineers who have many years experience to attend to all of your plumbing, heating and gas problems.

We do everything from replacing tap washers to designing and installing heating systems.

We can also advise you on the best Smart Controls to be able to control your heating from your phone.

We were recommended BeeXpress by a trusted builder and could not be more satisfied with their service. The engineer Ben is kind and polite, at every step he explained what he was going to do and also gave a clear and transparent run down of the issues found and fixed and further recommendations. All work was carried out in a very methodical and meticulous way with great care to the property and the site was left spotless. Administrative backup from the office was equally speedy, friendly and efficient. We were sent a detailed costing before agreeing to any further work including an estimate for the time it would take which was met exactly. The engineer arrived precicely at the arranged hour and we had received a call to notify us of him arriving 45 minutes before arrival. Professional, efficient and friendly service all round.

I asked BeeXpress for an annual service of my boiler, which they had installed five years ago. Their service was exemplary. They confirmed the appointment. The engineer arrived on time and carried out the work. He was driendly and tidied up afterwards. This was all done in an exemplary manner. Thank you

I have used BeeXpress twice. The first time my boiler broke down on one of the coldest days of the winter. Ben came at 8.45 pm and sorted the problem. On the second occasion, I again got a quick response. Ben is very knowledgeable and I have confidence in his ability to deal with boiler problems.

Thank you for the great service. The boiler is fixed. The heating is on and the hot water is flowing again. Very happy. The engineer was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and went out of his way to get the part and fix the problem within a matter of hours. Communication was great and I was called when the engineer was on his way to my house. Many many thanks, again.

I have used BeExpress since 2017 when they replaced our boiler and later changed some radiators, and carried out boiler services on an annual basis. I have always been impressed by their personal, tailored service. Their engineer, Ben, always explains what he is doing and provides clear estimates for any replacement parts or additional work. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. The office staff are also very accommodating, polite and pleasant. On a rare occasion in the past I have needed an emergency callout and this was dealt with promptly. I have recommended the company to other people and would be happy to do so again.

Ben has my go to heating engineer for about 2 years now. It was a hard struggle trying to find a reliable engineer, as my house has an unusual combi/dedicated cylinder/radiator skirting setup that uses a variety of Honeywell Evohome controllers. Luckily I discovered BeeXpress via the Honeywell installers service. Ben is VERY informed on not just Evohome, but on all eco friendly and alternative heating sources, he has tweaked my setup and keeps me informed on what my house can/can't install. If he ever stops trading/moves away I think I might cry as he is the only one who "gets" my home. Judith in the office is an absolute dear, who is always friendly and will always update me in good time when the appointments are due/need to be amended in good time. Honestly I cannot recommend BeeXpress enough, they get my vote!

We find Ben friendly, competent and when he gives you a time for an appointment, it's always kept. Should something happen that needs adjusting etc. he comes within a short time, appropriate to the level of urgency and fixes it. He is patient and waits at the end of the job to try and test the efficacy of the job. We are very happy to be in good hands with Ben. The office is competent but I remember vaguely that it's not always plain sailing. Though they iron things out and are always at hand to help you. Alex
