Ben and Richard replaced my very tired and broken combi boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler. They were very patient and friendly, answering all of my questions. I was very impressed with the high standard of their work and all round professionalism. I highly recommend.

From initial quote to finish of job was impressed. Our boiler had failed and even offered to loan us temporary space heaters until the boiler was replaced. They were professional and thorough in their approach and quickly solved any questions and issues we raised. They arrived on the day arranged, and throughout the work they were polite, punctual, and worked hard , always keeping us updated and consulting us when and where required. They left the site clean and tidy not only at the finish of the job but at the end of each day. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Before commencing the installation of the new boiler, Richard identified a potential problem with the gas supply. He quickly came up with a solution, and all work was subsequently completed effectively and efficiently. Richard demonstrated a thorough knowledge of his trade, and his service was friendly courteous and reliable.

This was a boiler service, the work was carried out very quickly and completely tidied up afterwards. We were booked in previously, but needed to change the appointment. They were able to squeeze us in within a few days. As always, Richard was lovely. You can tell they take great pride in their work.

Richard installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler which also included changing the type of system to fully pumped. This involved changes to the design of the existing system and adding extra pipes and components. I was very impressed with the work which was done to a very high standard. The layout was neat and tidy and everywhere was cleaned when the job was finished. Richard takes pride in his work and it shows in the quality of the finished job. Our second job with Richard Henry and his team, and another satisfied customer! Helpful, professional and friendly, left a tidy site after assisting with stripping out a redundant gas hob, following on from a very neat job replacing our central heating earlier in the year. Will definitely use again!

As with other reviewers, we received our detailed quote almost immediately so we were aware of both the work and costs involved. A request by us to change the size of the boiler did not present any problems even though it involved another site visit by Ben. When Ben and Richard came to fit the boiler, they ensured that any necessary floor protection was provided and throughout the fitting created minimal mess, which was cleared away at the end of each day. Whilst the product and service they provided was excellent, what made such a big difference to having the work done was their professionalism, friendly attitude and on-going and helpful communication. We would definitely recommend Henry Green and will always use them for our plumbing and heating needs.

Henry Green Plumbing have fitted a water softener for us, and worked on our boiler and pipes. Every time they have done their work to the highest standard, efficiently and with knowledgable and informative communication and advice which is gratefully received! Ben and Richard replaced boiler and pipework. Very tidy when finished. A subsequent small problem with electrics and both returned within 24 hours to correct/adjust and left running to expectation - excellent. I also was able to leave the house in their care as I went out several times during the period they were working and felt reassured that the house was secure. We engaged Henry Green plumbers to install an upgraded central heating and hot water system. We went for a complicated pressurised system with a tank fitted into the loft and replacement of boiler and all radiators. This was controlled by a very new and flexible Honeywell Evo system. The individual controller indicates the capability of these craftsmen to deliver cutting edge technology heating solutions. Very impressed will use them again after our extension and will recommend them to anyone.

The quotation was clear and concise. The work was carried out as per quotation. Additionally the new boiler was installed in the loft as opposed to the old location in the kitchen at the installers suggestion after the work was started and at no extra cost to me. On completion the installer explained clearly how the new system should best be operated and maintained plus my guarantee rights. Henry Green Plumbing were at all times reliable, punctual, courteous, and most importantly their work was carried out to a very high standard and executed in a clean an tidy manner.

Richard & Ben spent a few days at our property removing our old central heating system & replacing it with a combi system. The work to the outside of the building is of a very high quality with minimal impact to the exterior aesthetic, with great attention paid to hiding any exterior pipework. Something we really appreciate. In terms of the guys themselves, they are very friendly, informative & took the time to ask us where we wanted things installed and explained everything in a way a non expert could understand. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Richard and the team to anyone looking for either a plumbing or central heating work to be completed.

Ben & Richard have been servicing my boiler since we installed it 6 years ago and they always provide a professional and courteous service. Our central heating stopped working so I contacted Ben who responded to my enquiry immediately and arranged to visit. He spent an hour investigating the issue before diagnosing the problem was actually with the room controller. As his supplier didn't offer the same he was happy for me to purchase a direct replacement online, which I did, and my heating is now working perfectly. I've booked them in to come back next month to do our annual boiler service. Perfect service

Richard was superb once again, this time servicing our boiler. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, I positively recommend Richard and any member of HenryGreen Plumbing for any type of plumbing works. Richard (and his team) previously replaced our entire plumbing system, listening to our requirements and offering multiple solutions at the time of planning and specifying. HenryGreen Plumbing removed our old 1950's plumbing system (water tank in loft, boiler in kitchen) and moved all the kit into the garage (boiler, invented cylinder et al) which has worked brilliantly and also cut down our gas bills.

This was my first time using Richard and his team. They fitted a curved radiator underneath a bay window which had to be made to measure. It was not easy to find a plumber to carry out this work but Richard was competent and knowledgeable. Work was very neat and tidy and very pleased with the result. Would use again and happy to recommend.

We had a very old boiler and cold water storage tank replaced by Richard and Ben. We had a number of questions between our first meeting and the job starting and they replied quickly each time with a complete answer. Once they started the work they were very good, working tidily and quickly. Both jobs were finished in under two days and the water was only off for a few hours. We would definitely use them again.

Ben and the team were excellent - they did everything they said they would. We had a new boiler and all new radiators which took 2 days. Yet again complements to Richard and Ben at Henry Green plumbing. They have just completed a couple of small jobs for me fitting a Sure Stop to my house system and a Combimate to a BTL I have. Both appointments they arrived on time and completed the jobs quickly leaving no mess. Highly recommended.

Urgent callout for leaking isolation valves promptly responded to. Agreed new mixer tap appropriate and Ben suggested then ordered appropriate fitting for my water supply. Fitted very efficiently and request for subsequent adjustment promptly carried through. I have used Henry Green on many past ocassions because I know I will receive a highly professional service from Ben, Richard or Jack.

They have recently carried out extensive work to my heating system (new boiler in new location, re-routing the gas supply, removing the old boiler and pipework) and replaced parts of my hot and cold water system. They did the work on the 3 days they said they would for the price they quoted. The installation is neat and professional looking, the floors and carpets were put back as they were and all was left clean and tidy. They were always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed of what they were doing. All the new controls were demonstrated and explained. What first seemed like an awkward and complicated job was done without fuss or bother. Couldn’t ask for more!

Richard and team serviced the boiler, carried out repairs on the thermostat, bath and boiler drainage. A pleasure to deal with and trustworthy. They did the job and they did it well. Good old fashioned value for money. I'm so relieved to have found someone to depend on.

We have used Gareth to replace a boiler, to repair a radiator, and to disconnect our old gas cooker and install a new one. Each time we've been in touch he has responded very quickly and either he or one of his team has been round within 24 hours. He tried a couple of procedures to save our boiler before we had to admit defeat and replace it, but the attempt to save us the money and upheaval was much appreciated! He's definitely our first port of call now for any plumbing/gas issues - a great guy and highly recommended.
