We were looking for an awning to take the sun off our back yard and large patio door. My wife passes the shop on the school run so she popped in to make enquiries. She came out with lots of helpful advice, a useful idea of what the various options might cost and a feeling that she was dealing with honest folk. She was right. The measuring-up appointment was quick, easy and informative, ordering was easy and the installation went ahead quickly and smoothly at the time and date agreed. Minimum inconvenience, no mess and now we have exactly what we wanted. The manufactured quality of the awning is good, too - I reckon it's going to last us a long time. It wasn't cheap but I'm pretty sure that we'll only be spending money on it once. Of course, it's rained on most days since installation, but when folded away the awning still looks pretty tidy :-) I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend it to my friends.

I had remote controlled blinds fitted in my Living room earlier in the year. I love them so much i now have the same in my hallway. They are elegant, stylish and functional. Everyone comments on the wonderful way they can be operated individually or together ( I have 3 blinds on each window - old barn) Service is brilliant, well organised and lovely customer service. 10/10.

Excellent service at every stage of the process. We ordered an awning. It was helpful being able to visit a showroom. There was a wide selection of fabrics. They kept to the timings and gave us reminders.

Excellent experience all around. Helpful and friendly advice and assistance in making the initial choice - even when we needed follow-up reassurance. The fitting carried out at the time were agreed, quickly and expertly, with no residual clearing up. All in all a thoroughly satisfactory experience.

From first visit to the showroom to final fitting, all staff were helpful and efficient. Fitting was carried out at appointed time with fitter following Covid safe procedures, and all surfaces were wiped down by him upon completion. Operation and safety details were explained by him prior to him leaving. All-round friendly and efficient service.

We have used Bespoke Blinds & Poles several times in the past and always regard them as the company to go for. The help that you receive in the showroom is dedicated to your needs. The pre-order visit to the site is reassuring to know that what you have decided on is the right product, that it works in that situation and that it is being prepared to order. The work was carried out as previously agreed. Neil is exceptionally tidy and removed all traces of waste when he finished. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Overall - excellent work.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team, Maxine in the shop and Neil doing the fitting, were both brilliant. Highly recommend. They are both extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Delighted and will use again.

Maxine in the shop was very helpful in showing us suitable blinds for our back door. Her attention to responding with a quote and subsequent emails was very efficient. Neil measured and fitted the blind. He turned up on time and did a very clean and tidy job. We have used them several times and they are always very pleasant, efficient and leave no mess.
