We got Bespoke Blinds and Poles to put in a new rail for our front window, which is HUGE. It's been breaking and difficult to pull closed for many years. We didn't go anywhere else to get our quote, because their reputation is incredible. Now the work is complete, the curtains almost glide closed by themselves! It's a terrific job, and we highly recommend Maxine and Neil for any project like this. We certainly won't be going anywhere else! Thank you.

Maxine and Neil have installed blinds of different types to just about all the windows in our house now. They are lovely people, it’s like a friend calling now, they have benn so many times. I recommend then when ever someone says they need a new blind. Efficient from start to finish.

Neil removed the temporary blinds he had fitted in September 2021. (These had been fitted so that my terminally ill partner could return home and be downstairs) They were fitted at very short notice and FOC. Maxine and Neil are a very compassionate couple. They were very happy to help me out during this difficult time. The Luxaflex Duette Blinds were then fitted to my 6 bi-fold doors to enable me to keep this room cosy throughout the winter and to block the Sun, when needed. He also fitted an additional black out Cellular Blind to the en-suite. The jobs were completed as scheduled and to price. I am extremely happy with the performance of the products. Their service and attention to detail is exemplary.

Our 3 sets of roman blinds have been fitted today. This company were very helpful when choosing the fabric, although I sourced one myself and this is not a problem. They pointed out the pros and cons of roman blinds, especially in the bay window. The end result is absolutely perfect. We were provided with expert advice at our private booked appointment. We ordered curtains for the sitting room and blinds for a bedroom and a bathroom. They showed us a wide variety of styles and fabric explaining the differences. They were pleasant and helpful throughout. They gave us a date for installation when we ordered and kept to it. The installer arrived on time and carried out the work quietly and competently. We are very pleased with the results.

We have used Bespoke Blinds & Poles several times. The service is always smooth and efficient throughout. It was an awkward job fitting vertical blinds and a curtain track to a large bay window but the job was completed with skill and precision. The blinds really enhance the room. 4 motorised velux blinds were fitted. The job was carried out on the agreed date, and was done quickly and efficiently, and clear instructions given on how to operate them. Rubbish was cleared up and taken away A job well done

When we were needing to buy curtains and blinds for a new build flat, Bespoke Blinds and Curtains were recommended to us. From the moment we had our first appointment with Maxine we felt very comfortable with her knowledge about her product. We loved the one to one service and having an hour to ourselves and we were able to take the architect plans and discuss each room in detail, getting advice on what would be best. We then returned to choose the products. Then the fun started as our project was very badly delayed and Neil couldn’t get access to measure up. They were both so patient with us as the building suffered over 18 months of delays. We had dates pencilled in that never happened and even the fitting cancelled the night before by the builder. Throughout it all Maxine was so patient, understanding and supportive. When finally we were able to have them fitted, Neil was an easy person to have around. He was happy to call back a few weeks later to fit the curtains in the guest bedroom when we couldn’t see the windows for boxes! We were very pleased with the final product. Out of all our suppliers, Bespoke Blinds and Poles were one of the easiest suppliers to deal with.

Nothing was too much trouble for Maxine of the above company. Superb advice and terrific knowledge of products. Extremely friendly and with a fantastic approach to customer service. We purchased conservatory blinds, which were delivered and fitted with no fuss or problems. Very happy customers. Highly recommended as a local business.

Excellent service from ordering the rails and installation. Neil from Bespoke blinds& poles installed the new rails he took the curtains down and fitted new rails then rehung the curtains for us. Maxine is very helpful and knowledgeable in the shop when choosing designs. Quotes produced quickly, measuring and fitting happens when they say it will, the blinds are put up by Neil who takes his shoes off at the door without being asked (much appreciated), the area is cleaned up afterwards and the blinds look excellent.
