Excellent from the beginning to end. Did everything they could to make sure the job was completed to an excellent standard. Workmen were polite at all times, if they came upon a problem they discussed the options so as a customer I was happy. Four 'misted up' double glazing panels were replaced. Work was quick and efficient and they even repaired a door lock when I asked if they could replace it.

Bespoke Windows did an excellent job. They fitted a large set of patio doors in place of an old window and door. (Knocked out the wall underneath, window as well). They were punctual, tidy and I'm very pleased with the result. Price was as quoted.

I found this trader on Which and went ahead and got a quote for some new windows, doors and a replacement porch roof. From the outset the communication was clear, timekeeping and appointments were on time and there was nothing by way of pushy sales at all. They told me the lead time and kept to it and the work was done in two days. The standard of installation and finish was excellent and all mess was cleaned up meticulously. They also left the windows and frames spotless. After the work was completed there was a reassuring follow up call from the boss telling me about what was on offer if there were any issues post-installation. Simply give them a call and they would come and sort it all out. So far all seems fine and I would highly recommend this company. I am so glad I went local and didn't use one of the big national companies.
