From start to finish, an excellent company. Competitive price with no pushy salesmen. Agreed start date with expected time frame. The team were really pleasant and polite, respectful of my home. efficient, kept good time. The work carried out was of an extremely high standard and they tidied up after themselves. It was a pleasure to have the work carried out by them I would have no hesitation recommending them to others

The 2 installers worked well independently and as a team. They were courteous to each other and the property owner at all times. They were punctual each day. They were organised, neat, tidy and methodical workers. However, they are aware that I have marked them down for one aspect of tidiness. Inevitably shards of glass escaped the dust sheets. I have advised that they need to take slightly more care when laying sheets out and/or on removal. Shards found after they had swept up in an empty car port and on sides of house staircase. Other than that nothing went wrong and property owner remained relaxed throughout the work. The quotation and work duration remained the same on completion. On arrival the 2 workers told me they were the 'A; Team. They were. Really cannot fault them other than the escaped glass shards! I would definitely employ Bespoke Windows Darlington Ltd again, especially if I decide to reglaze the porch. The owner, the secretary and the 2 installers treated the customer with the utmost of respect and liaised well throughout all procedures.
