We are a family run business specialising in sales and repairs of quality domestic kitchen appliances.

With over 30 years experience we have professionally trained engineers to look after your appliances.

Our Miele frost free fridge freezer had become non frost free in the freezer and had started to warn up in the fridge. We have used Bews for many years, so we called to make an appointment and they attended the same day and fixed the problem.

A pressure switch had been replaced and the machine worked once but then stopped working. I tried 3 times but no joy. Then I tried using different programs. The first 2 did not work but the 3rd did work and it has continued to work since then. Robert could offer no explanation.

My old Bosch machine broke down and flooded my kitchen Bews guy attended promptly I was advised repair not possible I was given advice as to replacing with a reliable make -not Bosch- Machine was installed soon after and old machine removed. At first got an invoice rather than receipt even though I paid straight away which was a bit confusing but otherwise, great service and reassuring about future service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It is greatly appreciated. Just to clarify, the invoice stated that it was paid in full. This is just the form our receipts come in. It is needed in this way as a proof of purchase for any warranty work to be done if required.

Bews Electrical was the Miele partner company offered to me by the Miele help desk. The Bews team, from booking my appointment through to fault diagnosis and repair, were extremely professional with a friendly approach to customer service. I would highly recommend the ‘Bews experience’!

The date arranged was quicker than on previous occasions, the engineer arrived on time. He explained what he was doing but the fault was not what was expected. He explained what the problem was and what he was going to do. Very pleased with the outcome. The cost was covered by an extended warranty insurance policy.

We have known & used Peter Bews & his team for over 30 years. We have always found him friendly, open & honest. He has never failed to diagnose and resolve issues with Miele equipment in a timely manner, apart from a combi steam oven which he is not trained on. On this occasion, no charge was made and a referral to Miele was advised. He is meticulous in his work, explains as he goes along (if you are interested, as we are) and leaves the area as clean (if not cleaner) as when he started. Thoroughly recommend.
