With over 30 years experience we have professionally trained engineers to look after your appliances.

The date arranged was quicker than on previous occasions, the engineer arrived on time. He explained what he was doing but the fault was not what was expected. He explained what the problem was and what he was going to do. Very pleased with the outcome. The cost was covered by an extended warranty insurance policy.

We have known & used Peter Bews & his team for over 30 years. We have always found him friendly, open & honest. He has never failed to diagnose and resolve issues with Miele equipment in a timely manner, apart from a combi steam oven which he is not trained on. On this occasion, no charge was made and a referral to Miele was advised. He is meticulous in his work, explains as he goes along (if you are interested, as we are) and leaves the area as clean (if not cleaner) as when he started. Thoroughly recommend.

Washing broke down and a visit was quickly arranged to visit for 3 days later. The engineer was polite and efficient and had the required parts on his van. The machine was restored to health in a couple of hours and the location was left spotless. I have been using the firm for years and they are absolutely first-rate.

Good service from Bews, who were subcontracted by Miele to have a look at our dishwasher. The problem has not been fully resolved but the engineer from Bews was able to identify the issue and that has been helpful - hence can't give a 5* rating. The engineer was friendly and promptly got on with the job and gave a full explanation of what further work needed to be done. The charge was about what you would expect.

A fault to my Meile dishwasher. A very nice, efficient man came, promptly to time, rectified the fault, tuned in my machine which wasn't done on installation by a John Lewis representative at the time, and did an excellent job and therefore I would not hesitate to use your company again and to recommend your services. It's most refreshing to find a person who relates on what they have replaced in parts or problems. A perfect result.

Can highly reccomend. Prompt reliable service from Bews Electrical. My freezer wasn't keeping anything hard frozen then my fridge section started to be unable to keep the fridge cool. Mr Bews arrived and knew straight away what had caused the issue and managed to clear out ice from behind a panel in the freezer. He worked quickly, cleaned up after himself, explaining what I could do to prevent a recurrence of the issue.
