We chose Big Clean Machine Driveway and Patio Cleaning based on reviews on this site. Our first positive experience was Bill's follow-up to our initial inquiry and his honest assessment of what he could and couldn't do for us. He cleaned the front steps and our front pavers, and they look great. A visitor today thought we'd had everything replaced new. Not only do I recommend this company, I will use them again.

I agreed for a chemical clean rather than a more drastic full power wash clean for our driveway. Bill asked for a video of the driveway and road so as to gauge the work to be done and how the water would drain. He provided a quote for a very reasonable price and performed the work on the date agreed. My wife and I were very pleased with the result which has removed the algae and refreshed the driveway.

Fantastic first class job. Very efficient and extremely professional. Bill and his brother came on time and worked really hard. They were friendly, and polite with excellent communication skills. Bill discussed the requirements prior to starting. He has vast knowledge of chemicals and their effects on types of dirt on various slabs. He was very careful around the lawn and plants. Left everything clean and tidy. the end result was brilliant. I had so many positive comments from my family and friends about my patio. I will be using him again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

This is the third time I have used Big Clean Machine. They did an awesome job again on my driveway. Always professional and a pleasure to deal with. The Team exceeded my expectations cleaning my patio and paving steps. They turned up on time and were polite and friendly. The work was completed in a very tidy and professional way, and all water and weeds were cleared away.
