This is the best garage that I have ever encountered regards courtesy and professionalism. My car had an issue with a misfiring cylinder which the garage quickly identified via a camera probe as a cracked piston. The car had had an issue with a cam chain and valves, which were replaced and serviced recently by a different garage. I wished I had gone to Birbeck Auto repairs then! This meant that the cost to repair was prohibitive on a 12 years old car, yet the garage were clear on their prognosis, advice and left me time to consider my options without any pressure. I decided to salvage the car via another company and the garage handed over the keys without any issues at all. When I visited the garage to empty the car, they were all very welcoming and I could see from the amount of cars, that they were busy and this reflected on a very good service. If and when I get another car, I will use this garage even though they are not close to me, as I experienced a very friendly and honest encounter. Thank you Birbeck Auto repairs!

Had a problem with air bag warning light flashing red on dash board. Birkbeck Auto Repairs diagnosed and resolved the issue within moments and drove the car back out on to the road for me. There was no charge what-so-ever for this service! I would recommend this garage to others and will be using it myself in future.
