From the initial phone call to Britelite right through to the installation everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable and guided us through every stage of the booking.we were kept fully up to date at every stage of the process and delivery date was quicker than we expected. The fitters arrived on time both days despite the journey they had and were excellent they respected our property worked cleanly with dust sheets protecting carpets etc and the quality of their work couldn’t be faulted. Despite the upheaval involved the installation and quality of the windows and fitters couldn’t have been any better.

Installation carried out over two days. Fitters were friendly and courteous. Installation was carried out smoothly and professionally.

Britelite made having my new windows so easy. From start to finish the rep was extremely informative which helped me decide on the best product for my home, again the surveyor came and finalised measurements for order and explained the whole fitting process and finally the fitters were great, fast meticulous, left everything clean and tidy and very friendly. I had no concerns having them in my house at all. As a trade muself i am always quite critical of other people working in my house but i cannot find fault at all with Britelite. Would 100% recommend them to any of my customers and have already.

The project was to rip out old conservatory, decking, fish pond and crazy paving and replace with a new conservatory and patio. After some chasing for a start date the job was completed to my great satisfaction. Nick the sales/designer provided the initial reassuring communication and design ensuring the surveyor provided accurate measurements. Lee, the groundwork building services professional worked hard and diligently on all aspects of the job. He was knowledgeable, informative and polite. He faced a few challenges but battled on and showed resilience to overcome them. Tim and Charlie rapidly installed the upper conservatory in an expert manner. They even fixed a couple of issues so went the extra mile. Plumbers Joe/Alex, plasterer Chris and electrician Rob were equally highly efficient. The project was handled well by Matt and Louis in the Britelite management team and overall provided an excellent customer experience. I would recommend Britelite as a trusted company and one that I will turn to again in the future. Thank you.

Phil installed my window and back door for Britelite ,and was highly competent, experienced, and efficient. He was also friendly and chatty and cleared up well after the job was completed.

We thought Tim & Charlie were exceptional workers , They were polite ,industrious and very talented .They were here early , worked nonstop in drizzly weather until late . I would think they are your best team of fitters .

Over the past few years we have replaced all our windows and French doors, and apart from an unfortunate early mistake, Britelite have done them all. They are always as hassle-free and professional as possible, their work and product of the highest quality, and all with courtesy and clarity.

We have discussed changing our windows for several years which is what prompted the call to Brightlite. Our initial contact was made in December and we were contacted by one of the team. After arranging the visit we viewed the products and was impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the products so we went ahead with the contract. We had additional visit to ensure the measures were all correct and double confirm what we ordered. We then had call to confirm scaffolding and window instalment dates. No hiccups. Windows installed in two days. We also had them come back to install missing pull on one window and replace a trim outside. Overall excellent service from beginning to end and windows look amazing.

We had a bespoke tiled replacement roof for an existing all glass conservatory and the quote was done professionally and the design predicted a big improvement in thermal performance. The work Was completed in record time to a high standard and any issues were fixed promptly. Some time later we can see that the thermal performance calculations were spot on and now we have a stylish conservative with a new lease of life that performs much better than the old one it is warmer in the mornings and cooler in the heat of the day. Exactly as predicted. I would recommend Britelite anytime.

Britelite built our new Garden Room, as we call it, during the winter of 24/25. We were given a programme for the work and they kept perfectly to that programme - almost unheard of in the building industry. At quotation stage, we made a number of changes, but these were managed with no fuss, with a revised detailed costing and drawings being provided. The overall cost was competitive and nothing extra was added at any stage. The quality of the materials and workmanship was very good and the guys on site at the different stages of construction were all friendly and cooperative. The site was tidied up all the time as the work progressed. There were a couple of very minor issues after the job was finished and these were dealt with by the company, with no quibbles. All in all, we cannot fault Britelite and would recommend them with no hesitation.

Our installer was very efficient; he arrived on time & made a good job of fitting three replacement doors He was very friendly and worked tirelessly, we were very pleased with the work.

Having moved house , I still went back to Britelite Windows . Cost is important , that's why I got two quotes The quotes from two companies ( one being britelite) were almost identical and both stating they are the best in products and materials. I went with my gut feeling and trust of having Britelite before and have no regrets . The date set was the date they arrived . Respectful of our property they used new dust sheets inside and swept and cleared up regularly outside . The windows and door are stunning and good quality. Inside re-plastering around window edge wasn't brilliant , as wasn't smooth to repaint . A call to customer services lead again to another trades man coming to make good . This was of no trouble to them , prompting booking an appointment making sure we were happy with everything . The back of our property is the next project and we will go straight to Britelite
