We needed lights fitting in the kitchen and bathroom. Damian was very prompt in supplying a quote and booking us in for the job. On the day Ben and Ryan arrived bang on time, worked hard and efficiently to get the jobs done quickly and cleaned up fully when they had finished. They were very polite and pleasant and answered all my queries fully. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Arc and its staff to any of my family and friends.

Damian has carried out a variety of electrical work for us on different occasions, from installing new sockets, both indoor and outdoor lights, fitting a new consumer unit and troubleshooting when we have had a problem. I cannot recommend Blue Arc Electrical highly enough. They are very reliable and courteous and take care to respect the home. Their work is excellent and no job is too big or small. Would never use anybody else

This was an urgent job as we had no lighting. They immediately prioritised the job for us. They provided an estimate and advised us what needed to be done. They put on protective covers to their shoes when indoor to protect our flooring. They arrived promptly at 8am. The finished work was very neat and provides really effective lighting across the whole back of the house. They cleaned and tidied away when they had finished work and even vacuumed. We are very pleased with the work and have booked them for further work. They were polite and courteous at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any electrical work.

We had a problem with the kitchen and lounge lights. Having older wiring meant fault-finding was difficult as many additions had been made over the years. Eventually, Damian discovered resistance, continuity and other wiring faults. He offered various solutions and he suggested ideas to minimise disruption to decoration. flooring, ceilings etc. He carried out the work in a professional manner and we had confidence in him completing the work successfully. Knowledgeable and professional.

Have used Blue Arc twice now. They know their stuff. Having used various electricians over the years, I am ecstatic to finally find one who is reliable, professional and good value. They also go above and beyond and they seem to be able to fix any issue. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I contacted Damian after finding the details on Which Trusted Traders. I needed a kitchen fan replacing and a storage heater repaired, but I was only going to be available for a couple of days. Damian gave me a quote from photos, turned up on time on the agreed day and completed both tasks to a high standard, including testing to check everything was working. I was very impressed by both his professionalism and his service standards (both don't always go together, you sometimes get one or the other).

Absolutely fantastic from start (quote discussion) to finish (clearing up). They fitted a Nest video doorbell and two Nest outdoor cameras after really helpful discussion about how many were needed and their positions. Also fitted two really impressive LED security lights. Advised that we could do with a new fuse box for surge protection and completed that job to a high standard too (without pressuring us to do it), checking the electrics in the whole house in the process. Finally, fitted a new CO/Smoke alarm for free! On top of all they, they were super friendly and considerate (having to work around other tradesmen on the property), and communication face-to-face and over email was superb. Very highly recommended.

We needed an electrician quickly after all of our sockets suddenly stopped working overnight, and our previous electricians weren't answering the phone. Damian was recommended to us and came the same morning, and very quickly found the fault with our electrics and repaired it straight away. It was lucky that he was so efficient as a cable was actually on fire within the wall, and could have been a lot worse. He has recommended further checks we can have done to make sure the same doesn't happen again. Would highly recommend.

Damian, Joe and Tom did a full rewire for us and I am so grateful we went with them. They were very respectful of our home and incredibly professional both in terms of the delivery of the work itself and the project management. We needed the work done within 2 weeks and the work was completed a day head of schedule because of how well the project was managed (the service included the rewiring, plastering, waste disposal etc so there weren’t delays). Damian also took the time to explain technical matters to ensure I was well informed in any of my decision making. The quality of work is to an extremely high standard and this is something that Damian and his team do not compromise on. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Arc Electrical.
